A.We spent an incredible day, the museum is absolutely child-friendly , for disable children too and it is very nice to see it so alive, a very fun and peaceful afternoon, for adults I also point out the beauty of the building, the particularity of the columns and arches and the figures represented in them, the ceiling of the hall of incredible beauty, plus everything else, with majestic fantasy precious stones and various findings, bones and fossils have come to life nicely to the delight of young and old. To continue the ice skating rink, with the now historic tree, the carousel, the Christmas lights all around and a very pleasant refreshment point with a view for a magical Christmas that is the envy of New York and the joy of having been able to live It.

Kids loved it as there is hours of hours of learning so many interesting facts about the world around them that has been here for millions of years. This is certainly not possible to see everything in detail in one visit! You can keep coming back to this place and rediscover new facts! Thoroughly recommend!
b. f.Wonderful visit here today. Worth booking tickets in advance. They're free! The building itself is just stunning inside and out. The ice rink and Christmas tree outside were lively. Needs to be prebooked. Loads of really interesting exhibits, we especially enjoyed the minerals and precious stones along with the volcano and earthquake exhibits. The food here was beautiful we had falafel wraps and salad. It was busy but not so much that it affected the visit. Nice clean toilets. Definitely recommend a visit. Family friendly.

M. D.Great family experience. Booking online was perfect. Tickets were free but you can do donation via website or at the entrance. Great experience for small kids. The only thing and its not a massive problem (more of a info for others). If you would like leave the buggy at the info desk you need to be able to fold it. 99% of people will have stuff on top of the buggies so folding is not an option. Once again Trully reccomented!

L. M.There is so much with whi h to engage here. I particularly love to see anything connected with the Antarctic, so Cherry Apsley-Garrard's remaining penguin egg is high on my list, as are the discoveries of Mary Anning.
Children will be entertained and educated by the animal galleries.
The routes are well indicated, and staff are available if you do lose your way!

P. S.Excellent in a word, lots to see and do plus a variety of places to eat. Some exhibitions were unavailable but that's to be expected in any museum and it's just luck of the draw as to when this happens. Queue to get in wasn't bad but advance tickets were required. Busy as expected on a Saturday but recommended.

K. D.Today was my first ever time at the natural history museum and i absolutely loved it!! You could honestly spend hours here but you'd truly need to spend the whole day to be able to see everything. It's massive!
They've got hand sanitising stations everywhere and parts blocked off to keep everyone safe during this time.
The gift shop was nicely kept and members of staff were so welcoming and friendly.
Highly recommended coming to this place!!!

А.Kids love this place. We go every year and the experience is the same. The only downside is their restaurant area with dry kids sandwiches for like £5-£6 a meal box, so bring your own food and just get some coffee from there.

D. K.Natural history museums have an existential problem: the hold vast collections of taxidermy animals, fossils, rocks, and relics, held behind glass in what are often Victorian-era buildings. How to make all that relevant and appealing to 21st century generations whole maintaining the tradition of such museums? This one does quite an admirable job, succeeding with a mix of the classic (full-sized dinosaur skeletons in the entry hall) and the contemporary.

J. H.Amazing. I visisted third times. Always something new to see. Also the good old ones are never boring. Every piece of bones, stones, crystals or just a picture is unique.
Go in the opening hour and you'll be less surrounded by people although more schools. Getting busy around 12pm.
Excellent experience for the kids. Highly recommended at least once in a lifetime.

M. A.It's free it's free it's free it's free. The building is the star of the show. Dinasaurs are ok, but if you are a kid you might be more excited by it. The precious stones section is particularly of merit and worth visiting for. Overall it is a very well stocked and organised museum and one of London's best visits. Should be top of your list to visit when in London.

S. F.Always great, but this trip the overhead walk among the dinos was shut. And many exhibits removed for maintenance. The cloak room is expensive when they charge individually for coats, even my 6 Yr olds coat was charged at full price.

N. F.The building itself is worth seeing but most of the exhibits are looking a bit shabby now - most haven't been updated since I was a kid 25 years ago and a lot of the hands on exhibits no longer work and just look very 90's now.
L. E.We've been many times and always something new to see. It's still free but they suggest a £5 or £10 donation and the person stood by the entrance makes you feel guilty if you don't pay! It is worth it though as there is plenty to see!

N. B.An incredibly well curated museum. The exhibits are chock full of great facts and visualizations. My 6 year old son soaked it all up. When we returned to our hotel that night he asked: mama will humans manage to evolve or will they too be wiped out by mass extinction? He extrapolated that from the well presented unbiased facts. The museum got his wheels turning!

Lovely cafe outside, prices are what you'd expect for London at a top attraction but the food was great.

T. T.Would have got a 5 but soo busy in the dinosaur part, joined as a member and discovered there is a members cafe upstairs, well worth it. The museum on the whole is awesome, well worth a visit whether young or old.
B.Overated. Hard to get in and get out. Its free but need to register (annoying to get a ticket). Crowded by families. A lot of interaction displays for kids. As an adult, i felt like going back to school for a class on the evolution of the Galaxy, humans, animals... also, too many shops and restaurants for tourists to spend in a museum.
r. r.(Translated) Without a doubt, a wonderful museum, for 2 pounds you can mint a coin for yourself, and it’s better to allocate at least 2 hours for the museum. Now, during the pandemic, you need to book the date/time of the visit on the website, get an electronic ticket, which must be shown at the entrance (from the phone). The ticket was booked by me half an hour before arrival. Paleontological excavations, space minerals, gems, the skeleton of a 25-meter blue whale and much more. A great place for both adults and children.

Без сомнения замечательный музей, за 2 фунта можно на память отчеканить себе монетку, и лучше не меньше 2 ч выделить на музей. Сейчас во время пандемии нужно бронировать дату/время посещения на сайте, получить электронный билет, который необходимо показать на входе (с телефона). Билет был забронирован мной за полчаса до прихода. Палеонтологические раскопки, космическое минералы, драгоценные камни, скелет 25-метрового синего кита и многое другое. Прекрасное место и для взрослых и для детей.
