j. b.Grade II Listed, former Power Station complex circa 1890’s comprising an aggregate of evocative buildings retaining a significant portion of vintage equipment and hydraulic machinery.
Repurposed as an Arts complex, then an events venue while currently the site closed to the public while awaiting proposed redevelopment.
Reanimation here would dramatically enhance and revigorate a precinct submitting to a creeping lassitude.
