Loved it, friendly staff. Gutted I couldn't bottle feed the lambs 😩.. Cows have big tongues and Emu's terrify me.. 😬 Absolutely loved feeding the animals, definitely going back. ❤️

Fantastic place to take the kids. You can get animals feed bag from the reception (costs 50p per bag). This is our first time to visit and we all really enjoy it. We had a discussion with Richard. He is very nice man and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot benches to have a rest and lots of things for children to do. We are definitely going back.

This was my first time to visit the farm and I would say I was impressed by the size of the farm and the variety of animals, the place was very nice and kids loved it so much and enjoyed the day, the cafeteria need some better arrangement specially with the ventilation but overall experience was lovely and will have more visits in the future.

First time visiting here and will definitely be back. The kids loved feeding the animals with food purchased from reception (50p bag) lots of outdoor space to walk and see the animals, stop for a picnic while the children can play. Plenty of hand washing facilities around. Tractor and pony rides that don't break the bank when you have more than one child. Indoor play area is fab and keeps them entertained there's even a little soft play within the cafe so adults get to have a cuppa and bite to eat and the little ones can still play in sight. Really enjoyed our day out here looking forward to another visit.

First time visit. Went with my partner and two kids and we all enjoyed the day. It was quiet when we went so we enjoyed taking our time. Feeding the animals is allowed as long as you buy the feed when you arrive. Plenty of outdoor space and benches for eating out. There is a play area for the kids (indoors) and wash stations throughout.

Lovely place . Lots of animals to see and feed. Definitely buy extra feed the animals love it. Plus its only 50p a bag. Card payment minium 5 pound so make sure you buy It same time as tickets if you don't have cash. Only issue is the toilets. They are clean but the cubicles had roughly 10 large spiders dangling from the ceiling. Not an issue for me but I can see many with a fear of spiders having a shock.

Lovely run farm plenty to do for the children. Lovely tractor ride for £1 each. Entry cost animal food and tractor rides for 2 adults and 2 children total £28 . We spent a good few hours here. Took a picnic but there was a small cafe . Lattes Cake deal £3.50 Lovely Toilets could do with regular checks and cleans though!

Lovely afternoon spent at Walnut Tree farm park. Lots to do for little ones with an indoor play area and farm animals to pet. It wasn't too busy at all. We found it quite beautiful and pleasant. My kids enjoyed it and want to go back soon.

Beautiful place if you really like the animals . We stay here 1and half hours and it is a perfect time with us.

We had an amazing day here celebrating Easter. The number of visitors was limited so there was more than enough space to keep the distance everywhere, near animals and picnic areas. Spectacular, the farm is super fun, it has many things for the children, different playgrounds, the animals eat from our hands the food the farm sell for them (£ 0.50 / bag) The treatment is very friendly and there is enough space to maintain social distance. It is a very fun and beautiful place to spend a different afternoon with family or friends.

Lovely walk round the farm, tractor ride, kids took pigs for walks on leads. Pony rides available and they do a lovely all day breakfast. Tea and coffee a little bit to be desired as they use cups too big for the machine and it turns watery. Staff friendly . Follow the trail and see the Rein Deer. Enjoyed the afternoon.

Loved this place and was so glad we went , the kids loved it. The ginger lad at the desk was most helpful , friendly and polite…. He’s definitely a credit to the place. The guy who drove the tractor was also very nice and friendly, it’s nice to be greeted with such friendliness. My daughter went on a pony ride for £2, that’s such an amazing price, especially compared to other farms. The toilets were clean, plenty of taps available to wash your hands. Obviously there was a cafe available to eat and drink, there was families having picnics outside etc. It was just an overall nice day, the kids loved the animals and they had a lot to play with inside also…. They couldn’t get bored put it that way. I shall be returning

Awesome venue for kids, we enjoyed our walk around the farm, the animals look well looked after except those turkeys lol, not sure what was going on with them. Fairly priced but the cafe either wasn't stocked right or had run out of most sweet edibles on the menu. Saved my belt size though. Would recommend.

Lovely place to go with the family, my little one loved it he loved feeding and petting the animals. We were greeted by a friendly lady at reception and it was busy with other families. Animal food is only 50p bargain. All animals are well kept we loved the alpacas and llamas. Horses were stunning and mini pony’s so cute. Overall a brilliant place to go. 😊

Visited yesterday with my friend and our two year olds. Was pleasantly surprised how well laid out it is, lots to do and lots of nice animals to see. Was all clean and animals looked well cared for. There are lots of play areas all over the site, (tho these don't detract from the animals), along with picnic benches and surrounded by animal paddocks/pens so that we could sit down and watch the children as they looked at the animals or played on the play areas. The cafe was nice and had a useful little soft play area attached to keep the kids entertained waiting for food. Also good value for money. My only criticism is there are quite a few ride on toys/go karts that u had to put a £1 in, which could get costly with kids demanding to go them (tho ours were easily distracted by everything else instead). Will definitely be going back.

It's located just a few minutes drive from Asda Dyffryn, with generally nice wide roads unlike most fun farms reached through narrow lanes. We spent a fun hour and a half walking around the well kept fields and designated walk ways. Lots of washing stations, useful after feeding the animals and petting the rabbits. Pre-booked online for two adults and two children 6&8 for £20. Contactless is £5 minimum so take cash for animal feed, etc.

We arrived quite late and only had 2 hours at the farm but it was a lovely place to take the kids and was so worth the visit. I am sometimes sceptical about visiting farms as I have in the past gone to the more popular resorts such as folly farm (to name one) and the animals there seem do depressed and un interested in the many visitors. The animals at the walnut farm were super friendly clean and very well looked after! There are plenty of parks doted around for the kids and go kart rides. We paid for a pony ride and tractor ride on entry only to find that the last tractor ride was at 3.30. That didn't matter though as the staff called the tractor and we were taken around the farm. It was beautiful!! You can even do fishing there on a lake. Very well maintained farm, can't wait to go bk in the summer and spend the day with a picnic and more time to enjoy it all.

Been a few times - the kids love it. Take cash as they can't take cards (we got caught out). One of the slides outside had a crack in it, and the boat playing area had a cracked window, otherwise I can't find fault with the place.

Lovely little farm, take plenty of cash as they don't have facilities for cards at the moment. Checked website before we went, says under 2's free. When we arrived they'd changed it to under 1's and no longer update the website - only their Facebook page. We then got the list of 'don'ts'... Which was longer than the 'do's' and all but included don't have fun! As expected animal feed, tractor rides and pony rides are extra and as there are no card facilities yet you will need plenty of cash. On the whole a nice enough place with lovely outdoor picnic area, some nice outdoor play areas (both open and under cover) and plenty of animals to feed. Both our boys (5&2) enjoyed.

So this was a lovly clean farm with very nice people but they dont do any discount for carers or disabled, all bunnies have very small hutchs with no toy or anything to amuse them also no hay although they did say they have hay at night time and we paid £2 for a pony ride that only went around once so literally lasted between 20 and 30 seconds so very disappointed all in all really
