What a fantastic place!! My children had a wonderful first visit the other day!! They really enjoyed themselves and were in heaven!! I was really impressed of how much staff there was around and also on all the different areas. This is very reassuring!!! Everyone seemed very helpful and friendly and there was a lovely manager who took the time to speak to me and my children to make sure we were all happy and having a good time!!! Very impressed and will definitely be back again!!!

We came to Flip Out today for our first time and had such a great time! On arrival there’s plenty of parking, and when entering we was met by the friendly receptionists. We was about 20 minutes early before our slot so we watched the safety video and waited in the canteen area. At 11 o’clock the children’s wristband colour was called and off they went! It’s quite big and they had lots to do. We only saw the children again when they wanted drinks! We booked for 11am for 2 children, for 2 hours. It come to £37 After there jumping and playing we got them a slice of pizza and a hotdog. All the food and drink seemed reasonable price. (£2 a bottle) There was lots of staff about if you needed them and all seemed willing to assist if you needed something. As we was leaving a lot of party’s had started to come in. This is obviously a popular place, and i personally would recommend and come again.

AMAZING place- the value is unbelievable, we paid £7 to take our daughter and have two adults and one spectator there- the staff are so kind- Kevin was so lovely to us all and gave our daughter a free slushy for her birthday. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there is soooo much to do here, not just the trampolines. My daughter had the best time- thank you so much to everyone there! Highly highly recommend

Spent two hours at Flip Out Peterborough today. Easy to book, clear safety instructions, everything was clean, really helpful staff especially Bethan who was working the refreshment area. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave excellent customer service in extremely hot weather!! My granddaughter had an amazing time. Well worth the money.

We had a party here for my 7 year old. The standard package which was 1 hour of bouncing and 30 mins party room. We were able to put banners up and bring in our own balloons which was nice. The room was clean and tidy and well set up. Our party host was Emma who was great. She was polite and friendly and helpful the whole time. Drink and food was brought to the room promptly. All the children (20 of them) enjoyed the party. Thank you!

Great fun but book your time online plus waivers it saves 30 minutes waiting if it's busy. The car park is very small.

Kyle was fantastic this morning at helping me when my daughter had had an accident in the soft play. I offered to clean it up but he said not to worry and help my daughter instead. He then went and got her a new pair of socks! He was really great and made our day a lot easier! Thank you Kyle!

The kids had a wonderful time jumping!! Plenty of activities and play areas for all ages. We made it inside quickly and the staff was very friendly. The snack bar has lots of menu items and decently priced. Would give 5 stars but the bathroom was terrible and smelled funky like a truck stop toilet. Otherwise , good experience.

Three letters. F.A.B. F stands for fantastic. A stands for amazing. B stands for brilliant. Wipe out was closed and we couldn't find the ninja tag. Lots of coughing and snotty children spluttering around my trampoline. The only things that I liked were the green squishy things in between the trampolines and the inflatable slide which was truly fantabulous. Trampolines were NOT bouncy enough for my high expectations. That's all for now, great experience overall but needs some improvements. xx

We went today for Noah my 9 year olds birthday and due to another kid pushing my boy over he got a bump on the head. The staff were amazing and especially Kyle. Nothing was too much trouble... what an asset you have to your team. Thanks for looking after my boy and we will see you again soon. X

I would specifically like to commend Cameron Faraday, he was manning the ninja warrior section and was really great with the kids, helping them with the obstacles and explaining how to do it. It was just so nice to see that he was enriching the kids experience and making sure that they were enjoying themselves. ☺️

I've been with my family today and I need to say that place itself is ok but not impressive. Lots of dust everywhere, which you breathe in all the time. Slides not really slide enough. Even with very slicky joggers you barely slide. Ninja side it's very small and mostly for kids under 10 I guess. The most fun we had at trampolines area. I would say good for one hour fun.

Huge place with trampolines and then they also have toddler/baby area. It's cheap and cheerful for the toddlers day out. They also have a big area to sit and eat in case you have birthday parties and stuff..dont know how good the food options are as I haven't been near the till

Had a lovely birthday party at Flipout for my 8 year old daughter and 9 of her friends. The party host Briony looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. The pizza was really good and the kids had a great time. Recommended for parties.

I have taken the kids on many occasions and they always have a great time great place to burn off energy staff are always friendly and can't do enough to help. I took them during half term this week and there was lots of games on and lots of sweets being given out will deffo recommend to all my friends!!!

Had my son’s birthday here today. Kids had a blast! Food was ok, wasn’t too busy. Wouldn’t recommend for under 5’s though as is very loud and lots of big kids flipping about!

First time at flip out. Was as expected. Only thing it could benefit from is more car parking and more indoor seating. But considering the amount of people there was ZERO ques for anything. Get drinks straight away no wait time on anything else. Only other thing I could imagine is difficult is not many lockers available but this is speculation as I got a locker stairght away. Easy to book and pay online alone with submitting waivers! Makes a huge difference as I didn't que at the entrance as I had done all these before hand.

A large trampoline park in Peterborough. Prices are about £10 per child so not too expensive for what it is. Staff at reception are nice. The only problem was that we were told that there were told that an instruction video would be shown in the room opposite but this never happened. Free tramoline socks were given out which was a nice touch because at other trampoline parks i've been to i've had to pay for them. The café inside is quite large but is always full of people so there is a low chance you will be able to get a seat. The trampoline park has an inflatable section, trampolines, under 7s section, ninja cource, toddlers section and a slide area. There are lots of staff around the site making sure children are safe. Overall, a nice place. Probably want come back as not going to Peterborough again anytime soon.

I originally wrote this feedback following a link given to be by venue but it appeared under a review for Brent Cross so am posting it again linked to Peterborough venue! Just home after a party for my daughter and her friends. We have never been a host at a kids party and actually relaxed before!!! Yes, we got to relax!!! This is thanks to being looked after by a very helpful young lady, Gracie! The venue was amazing but our host was friendly, professional and highly attentive throughout the whole experience: from arrival with a welcoming smile to helping us home. She went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble. She was brilliant with the kids and they absolutely loved her (as did we) The customer service we received from her was nothing short of exceptional, thank you Gracie. A great career in hospitality awaits you! My only negative is that the Wipe Out is broken and I wasn’t informed that not all facilities were available. We travelled quite a way for this venue and thanks to her, we will be back.

Took a group of kids to celebrate my son's birthday. Lots of activities for kids but only drawback was the kitchen, no hot food was available. We were told earlier that kitchen will be open till the time arena closes and no food from outside is allowed. Manager was good and allowed food from outside upon request. I felt the team could be more organized and would have appreciated a courtesy call or inform us at reception on Kitchen situation.Overall an OK experience.

The party was absolutely amazing! I was so happy with how smooth the day went. The venue is busy but the staff make you feel very well looked after. Alfie, our party host, was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too big an ask! Really recommend a party at flip out

We went at a quiet time. Was brilliant. The kids absolutely loved it. We came as a group and the staff were helpful and kept an eye out for any injuries or breaking of rules. The cafe is a little dear as expected. Disabled parking outside. If I remember correctly there was a lip at the door so a wheelchair would struggle. My only other criticism are the food options. My child cannot have dairy, egg, soya or gluten, so that means there's not one single item she can eat. They all have either gluten or milk. She can only have a slushy! It's only a small cafe though so it's understandable why there wouldn't be a single option, but also a little frustrating on my end.

I read some pretty awful reviews before we came today and if it wasn’t for the fact my son was desperate to come for his birthday I might have been put off. Some parts were closed, but to be fair it is clear on the website. We got there early but they lets us go in anyway. Staff were friendly. No issues finding somewhere to sit and everything looked clean. The kids had a brilliant time and were smiling the whole time. I read on other reviews that it was felt there were too many people being let in but it didn’t seem like that to me today. I couldn’t give it 5 stars however as the price is way over the top for what is offered. Whilst parts of the place are closed, they really should offer a discounted rate, I don’t think you get value for money for what is on offer. That said we will be back when it is fully open again.

We have just come away from a brilliant 7th birthday party for my son. Massive shout out to Gracie our party host, she is definitely the best girl for the job. The moment we arrived she was there with a smile, she calmed all the kids, talked clearly and confidently, nothing was too much trouble. Just the person you need to help at a kids party. She was in the back ground and popped up the moment we needed some assistance. The whole process was super easy to book online and a few emails to finalise the details is all it took, my eldest son now wants his party here next month! I would say 1 hour is not quite enough for 7 year olds, I will definitely book 2 hours next time. A brilliant time had by all the kids and grown ups, we will be back again soon. Thank you to the staff and especially Gracie.

This is by far the best trampoline park I have been to! Its upgraded massively since the start of its appearance. Fantastic staff. Excellent range of obstacles to keep yourself entertained with the time set given. Personally liked the staff with the black curly hair as she was so friendly and helpful towards my nephew and I. She helped us out a lot whilst on the bouncy castle. Keep up the lovely customer service!

Flipout is excellent. We all had a great time. However the parking there is atrocious as cars were queuing up as there were no spaces. Because of this we had to just wait for someone to leave which cut into our timeslot which we had arrived shortly before but didn't get in until 15 minutes after! Considering the cost for the time you get, I think there should be time allowed for people to leave before new customers can book in for. People were parking round the corner to the building and when we left parking officers for the council were putting tickets on cars! You're probably best to use residential parking nearby to avoid getting fined which is what we will do next time if we choose to go again. It's certainly worth a visit though as my daughter loved it there. The VR room and the ninja part of the arena were out of use which was frustrating as I don't recall seeing this mentioned on the website so again considering the cost it's something that should be mentioned giving customers the choice on whether to continue with a booking or not. The only other frustration was that the lockers were also out of use so one adult had to sit with our things instead of us all being able to get involved with the kids as we went with another family.

It was my son's birthday and Flip Out Peterborough was the perfect place for him and his friends to have loads of fun. They didn't want to leave. They had an area for all age groups and a place to grab a snack and rest. We will definitely be back!!! I would recommend to anyone.

Sons 9th Birthday PARTY ROOM EXPERIENCE- We had a great time this afternoon at Flipout PB, we paid for the basic party package, bounce, bit of pizza, free soft drinks, use of one of the three party rooms overall satisfied with the experience. We got what we paid for. Bluetooth speaker on the wall enabled me to play cheesy classic old school party tunes for the kids to dance to. Would have been five stars if getting a coffee wasn't such a bad lengthy experience....takes too long for a basic coffee, also the hot chocolate was luke warm from the self serve machine..

The environment is safe, friendly and caters for all age groups with plenty of seating areas. The toilets are very clean too. A great fun facility for families. Something for everyone, young kids will love the different play zones, and even grumpy teenagers will enjoy it due to the Virtual Reality room, which is really cool. Worth a visit.
