We were based here about five years ago and loved it then. We are now back with our boat and have been delighted with how friendly and supportive all the staff have been. Our boat came out of the water for sandblasting and epoxy protection. Not an easy task, the shore staff were fantastic, assisting wherever they could to allow me to get the job done. Friendly in a way we have not experienced before. We have experience of many marinas. Whilst working on my boat I witnessed their first aid training in action as another boat owner had fallen off his swim platform and smacked his head.(he is ok now and his early treatment will have contributed to a happy outcome!) Most impressed and certainly confidence giving. Well done Steve, you have some very good and caring people, and a cracking marina. Special thanks to Vicky, Ian, Rory, Rich and Steve Cox. Really very nice marina with superb facilities. Best showers on the south coast for sure. Boatyard is very helpful with a handy chandlery and cafe. The Bridge restaurant is nice but a little expensive. We paid by 48 per night for a berth (11.5m) sailboat

As a delivery skipper for Halcyon Yachts I have been to Plymouth Yacht Haven lots of times. On my most recent visit I was there to deliver a new rib to Falmouth. The rib was not in the haven but upstream at the quay. One of the super friendly staff at PYH gave us a lift to meet the owners. Fantastic - thank you!

Friendly staff and good security for your boat. Well kept ways clean and tidy, facilities are brilliant best marina showers and wash rooms on the South west coast. Also washing and dryer facilities provided for clothes etc.

I came in tonight for fuel as my usual place for fuel was not serveing. So glad I did, my every need was attended to by Ian who went well above the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed and welcomed me to use any other facility’s I may of needed. Awesome 5*

I recently purchased a boat that was located at Plymouth Yacht Haven. All the staff here went the extra mile in helping me when I was new to marina life and returning to boats after a long absence. The facilities are excellent and immaculate. The dog friendly restaurant was a special treat. If I lived nearer to the south I would be keeping my boat here.

Excellent service in the restaurant! Not far from the Mount Barton Hotel! With a small but very good café in-between the boat repair sheds! They all do excellent meals and give personal service to all in as much as they treat you with respect and seem genuinely interested in you! I have an allergy to milk and the staff ensured that there was no cross contamination! I believe that there is also a small museum in the harbour and I walked from there to the small village near by ! This had other amenities that where more than adequate to fulfil all your needs!

Very quiet, open to weather on outer berths and P pontoon. No night security guaranteed. Security gate often unlocked as jams open. Day staff in office ok. Yard staff great. Plenty liveaboard's in marina full time. Showers toilets OK, restaurant expensive but a short walk to Jenny cliff for best cafe in Plymouth, views and food. Access to Plymouth via service bus 2, and local ferry taxi when running (good services)

Great facilities here with everything you'd need relating to yachting. A fantastic sheltered marina with easy access to Plymouth Sound. The marina team are friendly and passionate about providing a first class service and very supportive locally.

Well-appointed sheltered marina with easy access to the sea. The Mountbatten water taxi links to the delights of the Barbican and Sutton Harbour area of Plymouth. 24h all tide access. The Bridge restaurant is on site (very good). There is also a chandler and many other marine services.

I am surprised at the 2 poor reviews seen on google. I have been at the marina for just over 1 year and can only praise the staff, the service and the facilities, which, in addition to one of the best locations in plymouth, makes it a first class and very pleasurable experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent marina with great facilities, home to the finish of the Rolex Fastnet Race every other year, in early to mid-August. The marina restaurant, The Bridge, is superb, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just some drinks.
