n. H.Absolutely gorgeous place. Just been to an exhibition there showing items created by local artists. It’s worth going just to see the chimneys! They do yoga classes I believe - and again it’s in a wonderful room called the moon room. Everything is priced reasonably so for total uniqueness- this is definitely your place.
R. K.Stumbled upon Cherished Chimneys by accident whilst walking from Longport Station to Middleport Pottery. The owner wasy friendly, and a really interesting chap to talk to. Amazing collection of chimneys. More extensive than we have ever seen before. Lots of other intersting things to see. Well worth calling in. We bought some bone china mugs.
S. T.Amazing collection of chimney pots but so much more ! Studio ceramics by local artists and local pottery firms. Look put for the yard sales and other special events on Facebook. Prices very reasonable and lovely owners. Well worth a visit.
N. B.What a fab find! Just bought a salt glazed sink and a Queen chimney pot to use as planters, far more attractive and weatherproof than buying modern planters. Modern clay does not even begin to compare to the fired clay from the masters of pottery making- the potters in the potteries!! Absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. From an environmentally aware point of view it’s great to upcycle these beautiful historical pots. Can’t wait to come back ❤️
