Absolutely fantastic small Egyptian museum within Swansea University. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Only about an hour's worth of entertainment, but absolutely worth a visit

I took my two 7 year old boys here and the staff were amazing. The exhibits are very interesting and there is plenty to amuse and educate the kids. They particularly enjoyed the mummification!..
And it's free!..Thank you to all the staff there..they are amazing. Enthusiastic and friendly volunteers!.
Great cafe as well...

Little hidden gem. Grandchildren ages 11, 8 & 4 all enjoyed very much. Staff/ volunteers very helpful & "hands on" - cafe, toilets, all close. Ordered Pizza - excellent value & nice setting.

Highly educational with helpful staff. Learn how to prepare a mummy! Can be very hands on and interesting for children. Suffers a bit with lack of new material, but makes up part of a number of entertaining venues all in one place. One to check in school holidays and trips for school children.

Free! Small venue but loads of informative volunteers. Awesome mummy making.

Great place to explore ancient Egyptian artefacts. Free place to take the kids. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. We all wrote our names in hieroglyphs whilst there, too. So many things to look at, and if you talk to the staff, everything has a story!

This is a fantastic little gem down in Swansea, the staff/uni students are seriously knowledgable. My 10 year old loved it and was able to get involved in mummification lol... THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM.
