Reviews of Lewis Carroll Birthplace
Charming place. I can imagine Lewis Carrolls birthplace as an ultimate B&B. Unfortunately it burned till the ground. Beautiful educational site anyway
Beautiful and serene spot in the beautiful British country side. Nothing left of the original building however it has been sketched out within lovely gardens. Worth stopping along with the Lewis Carroll Centre at Daresbury Church.
Interesting to see where Lewis Carroll started life. Best seen in spring when the place is awash with daffodils I think.
As a lay-by it's ok, not sure about the birth place though!
Nice walk from Lewis Carroll Centre to Lewis Carroll Birthplace and back. With nice countryside around
A lovely village to walk round
It is sad to do not find out more about Lewis Carroll's life and works
Thought it was interesting
Pleasant location accessible from the road or the marked paths of the Lewis Carroll Walk through the fields. It is the place where Lewis Carroll was born and spent his childhood. There are the traces of the house which no longer exists. A good place for a picnic.
