Some brilliant art here done by local artists. You can also talk to a few of them, which is good. There is a good café here, with cakes and paninis. There is a small road in.

What a lovely place to visit. The outdoor cafe served really fresh local delights, savouries and cakes. The falafel scotch egg was so good! We then visited the art rooms which was a series of rooms in a couple of different buildings showing work from local artists. Definitely worth a visit.

Bevere Gallery cafe alone has kept us sane throughout lockdown. Kim is always bright and cheery, the food is always great, and now the art gallery has reopened there are some beautiful pieces on show. I particularly enjoyed some of the quirky ceramics.

A hidden gem, well worth a visit.

Went to Bevere Gallery/cafe today for the first time as I have heard so many good comments about it. It is true, it is a great cafe, lovely food and wonderful setting especially in the sunshine. I know they have changed it a little to conform with Covid and the outside seating area is an ideal place come rain or shine. My only gripe would be I guess "due to Covid" meals are now served in a flimsy cardboard box with wooden cutlery. I do not see why this has to be, as washing plates and proper cutlery in hot soapy water would eliminate any trace of the tiny risk of Covid being present. I saw an elderly couple also struggling with the make shift cutlery. It may put some people off and I have to say, despite the food being very fresh,( and I can recommend the scotch egg salad), the way in which it is served, may make me think twice about taking some of my friends and relatives.

Lovely food for a nice lunch. They have home made cakes and also do breakfast items. Quite a wide range of hot and cold drinks considering it's size. Nice outdoor seating area also. Worth a look around the gallery first

Lovely "hidden treasure" of a cafe. All dishes freshly made. Soup of the day is always a delight. Friendly, attentive staff. If you like your pots/art then the gallery is small, but highly specialized: you will learn something, believe me! The picture framing/mounting business here is second to none.

Nice idea. A decent tea/coffee shop with nice snackettes and an art shop with some really interesting pieces for sale. And everybody is so friendly.

Great people and brilliant friendly advice and service. So much better than the Kings Gallery in New Street with their abysmal service and consistently terrible attitude. We were even offered a coffee while waiting to be served.
