one of the local businesses we are most proud of here in Barrow. the proprietor Dave is a super friendly local legend, who will do anything he can see you leave the shop happy; enthusiastic, passionate, and supportive of and about all kinds of music including local bands and artists. he is the kind of local shopkeeper we all need! the shop is an absolute treasure trove of vinyl, tees and memorabilia and whoever is behind the counter, you are guaranteed a laugh and bargain.

After searching for a the cry of love record by hendrix which seemed a lifetime (surprisingly hard to find) i asked dave he had any jimi hendrix records and boom! Popped one out of nowhere and there we go! Can now die with a smile on my face. All jokes aside, Dave is a top bloke and a true gentleman. His shop is second to none and i will most definitely be back, especially for that unreal cup of tea i had! If you are seeking the old school record shop vibe; TNT records is the place for you! Trip to this shop with sons whilst on holiday. Had read reviews and it didn't disappoint. Dave and the team very welcoming (coffee included). absolutely stunning service. dudes totally chill about everything. offered me a free delivery service due to current events, and even offered reduced price due to an offer from a partnering store. bought a couple of vinyls from here, all stunning quality. top notch all round. couldn't ask for more. always got good records in stock, and if they haven't they've ordered the vinyl for me. couldn't give higher praises, honestly. edit: thought i should update since i've just spent my evening there. the kindness i was shown went above and beyond. i was even offered a brew whilst i browsed through their ever-growing collection. Truly the best store in Barrow.

TNT is an amazing record/ practise both shop I have ever been in. The equipment was in really good condition. Also the shop owner was really nice too us when we walked in. Good thing about tnt is that the owner also helps set up the equipment for you and tells you about it and how to use it. I do recommend this to all my family and friends and too anyone that is wanting to know about records or wanting to Jam out with there Band. I am still Going to Come here with my Band and also I am going to start buying Vinyl.

Got a recommendation to try this place for the Small Faces release this June. Service was excellent, honest and everything I wanted. I treated myself to another release online. Both well packaged and arrived quickly. Whenever I am in the area I will pop in but they are my first site to check for online orders as well. Could not recommend them enough

I needed new guitar strings fitting late on in the day. The owner was able to arrange this last minute request and was very welcoming when I arrived. When buying any music merchandise in the future I will definitely be using TNT Records as it is a local family run business with an atmosphere you won't find from a large chain store.
