C. H.Exceptional! Hands down one of the best record sections I've had the pleasure of flicking through. Had a real sense of care and attention to detail in every section. Individual, hand written notes on staff recommendations which showed such a passion and love for the music. The rest of the store was very well presented and had a vast variety of products. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next.
T. T. C.Very helpful. My child almost bought a blu-ray version and the sales person said, are you sure you want blu-Ray? He then got us the normal DVD. Phew! There might have been tears. Cheap books on offer - £2 for £6 albeit it’s an eclectic mix but worth a look. Loads of comic magazines and other paraphernalia. Great shop. Some clown of course decided to turn the ‘God is not great’ books back to front. The only title turned back to front on the shelves. Obviously a religious connotation for them being turned around but typical of Northern Ireland 🙄

T.This place is 3 floors of media heaven. Blu-ray, CD Vinyl. It has it all. And plenty of it. They have a great 5 blu-rays for £30 so I splashed out a bit and bought my favorite movies to watch in crispy 1080p . They even have anime here which alot of places don't sell.

S.Good selection and was able to find what I want. The aisles can be cramped and the staff are not very present or helpful but I am used to it and if you are knowledgeable about movies, books etc., then you should find a variety of products that you can't get in any other store in the city..
N. D.I'm all for physics media, and this place has it all. Plus it has some really cool film merchandise, awesome film, TV and comic book related t-shirts. And now it stocks American sweets. Definitely one of my favourite shops in Belfast. Another great thing about this shop is that I has massive amounts of vinyl, which is great. The staff are also very very helpful and are always willing to help you.

F. S.It is a very cool shop. I've been greeted by Lemmy's (Motorhead) cover of God save the Queen. Then checked the metal vinyls and CDs, yeah I'm a Metal head. The choice is amazing, price wise it's great too, I mean don't expect brand new CDs for cheap but there are lots of special offers. I bought a book for £1.99 that's still around 20 quids on eBay. The staff is very helpful. Everytime I'm in Belfast I go there because I know I'll find good stuff. A must!

M.I come here mostly for the kpop albums which they can have amazing selection of, they have had albums for twice, super junior, aoa, cl, bigbang, winner, blackpink, red velvet, b.i, seventeen and everglow. Sometimes they wont have many albums and just a small selection of bts or txt. They do have a good selection of bt21 pillows and teddys and many asian especially Japanese snacks. They have alot of metal vinyl and CDs and a selection of band tee shirts. You can purchase many cool things like iron maiden figures and pop vinals

S. H.Store was great. Looked fantastic and had a great range of products. Reached the till and a lady just pushed in in front of me in the queue. Cashier (James) seemed happy enough and was chatting away to her. No apology to me once I was served for being ignored but to be honest who actually receives good customer service these day! At the end of my sale he told me about the survey to win £100 gift card, so came home and went on to enter however the survey is no longer active. Poor communication within the store if staff are unaware about promotions or competitions!
T. G.Excellent store with huge range of albums and Blu-ray's prices are same as or better than Amazon but you have the experience of browsing and buying in store. Absolutely love a wee visit here every few weeks to pick-up a few records and movies.

Certain things are priced ok and sale times can be goon but in general most things are easier to find cheaper on the likes of Amazon. Convenience is a major plus if you have a hankering for something specific and you want it now, stock in this store is pretty good

I thought it was weird there wasn't a game section when that media outsells all the others combined. But still a pleasant experience to shop in
L. M.Really amazing customer service from this Belfast Store. We went in after Christmas to exchange some vinyls as our sons had bought the same albums for my husband. Even though there was a problem with the receipts Warren sorted everything out for us very pleasantly and was really helpful throughout.
We then had to return as some of the vinyls were skipping and we weren't sure if it was them or the player.
We were lucky to find Warren again and although he couldn't deal with the player he went and explained to the Manager.
Barry was so helpful and didn't hesitate in coming up with a solution for the faulty player. My husband and I were absolutely overwhelmed by how excellent the service was from both Barry and Warren.
They made a difficult issue totally hassle free.
Thanks guys and well done. We will be heading to HMV first from now on. Top marks!

F. C.We visited here yesterday and couldn't have received better customer service anywhere. The sales assistant searched high up and low down to find what we required. And she found two items, a Cd and a dvd, which we gladly purchased. First class.
K. L.Firstly, I respect this establishment because they do carry on trend and interesting items which are responsibly priced. Although, on the other, today the staff let myself and two other young 15 year old girls down. They failed to protect them whilst an old drunk man lurched and grabbed at their hands and faces. Cashiers noticed but looked on awkwardly. I know it was probably a horrible situation to witness but think about the girls. They literally ran out of the store due to fear and discomfort. That's not to say I'll never shop there again, all I'm saying is I don't know how safe the staff are making the store to be.
P. M.It is still a real shopping experience to browse in a music/film shop were you can see what you are buying. Internet shopping is soulless.
D. B.My favourite shop in Belfast. So sad it is closing down this month. Staff are keeping positive and not letting the news impact their service which has always been great. For many years this has been a must stop for me and I was hoping it would be the same for my young son as he grows up. Belfast city centre will miss this shop and I will too.

T. H.It is a real shame that HMV is having trouble keeping the brand alive. There are very few real music shops about and HMV has that peaktime superstore feel about it. The staff are knowledgeable and the choice is vast. I might add that my family has Spotify etc. But still loves to buy vinyl and merch. I guess it is just a sign of the times that high street stores are in trouble. I do hope they find a way through the current difficulties as it would be a loss to lose these 'proper shops.'
J.HMV for life! It has the biggest selection of CDs on the planet!I bought three MCR albums and the 2 for £10 deal meant I got them for quite cheap (Compared to other CD shops) I will be back!!!!!!

K.Best store we had them in Ireland till they closed down let hope they don’t go in the up to case tower records is much deer for dvds and cds and box’s sets like it 40 euro for a season of heartbeat with is only 25 pounds and it is 100 euro for frahser box set with is only 30 pounds and all the box sets are deer here than hmv and the dvds most are 20 euro in the old ones we have golden dices but they don’t have as many box sets like hmv and the dvds and 2 for 13 so not as many offers as hmv and some are 2 for 20 but only a few news ones and the only box’s sets in the offer and dvds one not tv ones
