At the end of 2021, I booked in to record 2 songs with Dan Willet audio. Firstly, I was super impressed with the thoroughness Dan puts into the experience from setting up to the final mix he really engages with your music and assists in getting the best out of yourself. Id already heard good things prior to recording with Dan, but I was still shocked with how good and professional the final outcome was, I would recommend Dan to anyone who wants to take their music to the next level and I will be finishing my EP with him this year. Dan is an amazing engineer with a very good ear for detail. We’ve worked with him on a number of occasions over the last couple of years and would never consider recording with anyone else. His friendly and laid back personality made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the recording process. I worked with Dan over 2018-19 on the recording of my bands debut album. Listening to projects Dan has worked on I knew going In we’d be getting a polished final product but what I didn’t expect was the high level of banter, the wealth of industry knowledge and the true care the man has for his craft . He became a 6th member of the band and his suggestions improved our songs so much and I can’t picture them any other way now, we would have had a much lesser sounding record with Dans input.
