s. S.The place has come a long way since the change of management, and now this seems a friendly, well organised and pleasant place to rehearse. Thumbs up for the coffee too.
It's as conveniently located as any music hangout could be, within easy walking distance of the city centre bus routes, but that's its only potential downside too- parking is already a bit awkward, and it's inside the upcoming congestion zone. Fingers crossed that doesn't affect the footfall too much, the place deserves to succeed from what I've seen of it.
