After working with Dan at Univibe over the past couple of years on different recordings, I can certainly say that Dan is the Man! With such an incredible attention to detail, and fantastic approach to working, Dan makes the entire recording process fun and entertaining, as well as getting the absolute best out of every performance with useful advice. Also, when it comes to the mixing of the tracks, Dan's amazingly fine tuned ears will make your songs sing! Dan has become an important part of helping my band shape the sound that we were looking for, and we will always come back for more!

Great Studio and equipment! Dan the engineer is a top guy and a great recording engineer/producer. The finished songs always sound badass and professional. Would definitely recommend Univibe to any band out there looking to get some really good and professional sounding songs. My Band is currently recording our EP/album there and we are stoked with the way it is coming along. 5 stars full marks for Univibe. Cheers!

Dan is evidently one of the best producers you can find in Birmingham and West-Midlands. Not only does he have high standards and a very developed set of skills, but he is also a very diverse worker. He can do anything from a choir group to an acoustic set to a metal band and he is always open to ideas and can make your vision come true. The facilities at Univibe Audio are very good and up to standard and you will find the studios very welcoming and a perfect place for productivity. Me and my band have spent countless hours recording and mixing at the studios and we couldn't be happier with the results.

An amazing recording experience with Dan Willett. He is very patient, hardworking and has a great musical insight. He will get the best performances out of you and provide his professional musical opinion to help fine tune your compositions. I would recommend Univibe studios to any band looking for a top notch, radio worthy recording.

I recorded an EP and a single over at Univibe with my band.
The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and chilled out from start to finish.
Dan is an absolute diamond and offers great constructive feedback as well as bringing out the best in the material you're recording.
Couldn't be happier with the end result we got as a band; go and record your songs at Univibe.

Recorded 2 drum covers with Dan on Sunday, after recording with my band twice at Univibe. Incredible setup and knowledgeable about all things musical! Very patient and critical approach, so you're always getting the best out of your experience. Recommend to anyone after a phat drum sound! Cheers dan 🤘🏼

Univibe is such a great place to record. We recorded with Dan who made us sound like a million quid! His experience is invaluable in getting projects over the line and I can't reccomend him and this studio enough!
Book in, you will be ecstatic over what you hear.

We recorded our debut EP at Univibe, with Dan Willett. Absolutely amazing experience and result. Dan is as much behind (possibly even more!) our sound as we are. His attention to detail, his technical know-how, and the sheer brilliance of his suggestions brought our songs to a whole new level. Everything is crisp and fat (like it should be!). Even more so, all of this happened in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. EP #2 will definitely be recorded with Dan, at Univibe!

As a set of 60 somethings who had never used a recording studio before, we were unsure of what to expect! What we found was a well equipped studio operated by Dan, who turned out to be a very accomplished sound engineer with the patience of a saint. We hired the studio for a day long session and as a three piece folk / acoustic group, we managed to record and then have Dan mix a total of 13 tracks. We were very pleased with the way Dan managed to improve the sound of our instruments (including a banjo!) and get a good mix with some fairly ropey vocals. We left with CD's and the same evening Dan forwarded a dropbox link so we could download the tracks. All in all, we had a good and productive day out in Birmingham.

Univibe is the perfect studio for artists that seek quality recording on a commercial level with a personal touch. Their facilities provide state-of-the-art equipment in a professional recording environment. Our experience with producer Elliot Vaughan is next to none, a true expert with the development skills to help create a truly great record.
