The BEST studio I've ever had the pleasure of recording in. Luke May is a ridiculously talented producer and was as enthusiastic about my music as me which made the whole creative process SO easy. Communication with the studio is so easy too, Meg kept me in the loop so I knew what was happening at all times. It's just grand. Just such a lovely place to be creative. BIG UP south lanes.

I had an absolutely GREAT experience at South Lanes Studio with the lovely Adrian who worked with me to smash out 4 recordings back to back. I had a lot of fun and cant wait for the next instalment! My crystals and my woo woo was very welcomed, so i was relaxed and it all flowed. I'll definitely be back :-)

Me and my band have been rehearsing here for just over 1.5 years and the space is amazing. Always clean, ready for us to jump in, with decent gear. The gear provided, although nothing flashy, works perfectly, which is a lot more than what can be said for more well established rehearsal rooms that charge double the price. If you're looking for good, clean, and reasonably priced rehearsal rooms, you can't get better than South Lane Studios.

We've rehearsed at South Lanes a couple of times now and would highly recommend it to anyone. The equipment in both rooms are fantastic and they even have a great Hammond in the larger room. The spaces are nice and the guys running it are super helpful!

Fantastic rehearsal space, offering great discount to solo musicians and students! Friendly and helpful staff who give you everything you need on arrival. Definitely recommend if you want a rehearsal slot in central Brighton!

I’ve been rehearsing at SL for quite a while now, and I can honestly say this is one of the coolest new rehearsal spaces that I have ever used! The kit inside is all well looked after and maintained to a very high standard, the location itself is in a nice easy part of Brighton City to get to, all 3 owners of the studio are some of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting and working with, and they offer some absolutely killer services for really fair prices. I’ve rehearsed at some of the other, more well known spaces like Small Pond and Brighton Electric, but this clean, well equipped studio really stands out to me, and with professional attitudes maintained by its owners, the time slots being nice and long so you can get all those songs down and all the practicing in that you need, I can’t recommend this Studio enough! 😄
