M. M.I recorded there 3 days in April and June 2016. I had an incredible experience at J+J's. The studio engineer Jim is very accommodating, is fast and really competent in what he does. The recording turned out to be great and the place will always stay in my mind as really cosy and loads of fun to record in. The equipment at disposal is mostly vintage and comprises a mix of favorites of mine and some truly unique gear. And it's really well maintained and works perfectly as well. My favorites are the Fender Rhodes Mark ll, the vintage Ampeg amp, EMT plate reverb I've never saw in real life before and the incredible collection of african masks! There's also a laser gun that you need to try out, just had too much fun with what I've found in those old cupboards full of gear and pedals. I highly recommend J+J Studio for recording jazz, pop, rock, electronic and experimental music. Just because I did just that and it was wicked.
