A beautifully hand crafted instrument worth every penny! I ordered the G oxalista as the scale really resonated with me. It was shipped super fast and packaged very securely. I haven't been able to leave it alone since it arrived! It plays wonderfully and even though I am a complete novice I've found it very easy to play and even started to create some melodies on my first day! You can tell how much time and effort has gone into creating this instrument, extreme high quality. We purchased a D Celtic minor online and made the 5 hour journey from Penrith to Bristol to collect it (delivery is available). I ordered a D Celtic Minor 9 +1, it arrived today and I am over the moon with what I have received. A great quality.A new Meridian Baby arrived me in Germany. I contacted Duncan via the Meridian website about a low pygmy. I got a very quick response via email and an offer for a 15-note handpan. This instrument was at the moment in the making and was ready in 2-3 weeks. The email contact was easy and quick. I also got a great tip from Duncan for fast and cheap payment with little fees from Germany. The payment was about 100 euros cheaper than paying via PayPal or a bank account. The shipment to Germany was very easy, i got a Shipment Link from Duncan for Fedex,took place safely and in stable, soft packaging, even without a bag,because I already have many, so that the handpan reached me perfectly and safely with FedEx at my home. The first contact was a dream, such a wonderful handpan, for me not a handpan,it is my heart opener, it went straight to the heart. The best instrument I've had in my hands so far. I took my handpan (not a Meridian) to be retuned. Amazing service from start to finish! We agreed an appointment and I was told I could wait and it would be ready in a couple of hours and true to form it was! I dropped it off and had a great chat with Duncan who is incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process of how he retunes and also showed me how out of tune my handpan was using software. I was completely reassured it was in safe hands. I could have chatted a lot longer but he needed to get to work on my pan so I had a walk around Bristol heading down to the harbour on Duncan's recommendation. It was very hot so after an hour and a half i headed back to Meridian Studios (which is easy to find and has free parking outside where you can leave your car!) And Duncan came and told me my pan was ready. The difference was incredible and it sounded better than when I first received it! We chatted some more before I paid and left but I walked away extremely happy. Duncan is clearly a very skilled pan maker and is very friendly and reassuring. His studio is lovely and I got a glimpse of the pans he makes which look fantastic. The added bonus was it was fully air conditioned which was heaven after an hours walk in 30 degree heat! If I ever look to invest in another pan I would not hesitate to look at Meridian Handpans due to the quality and craftsmanship but also the outstanding customer service from start to finish. I bought my Meridian G Oxalis Handpan in stainless steel right after Brexit. UK-VAT was at first still included in the price. After personal communication via E-Mail and on the phone with Duncan I was issued a refund the same day so that I was able to proceed with the correct Ex-VAT price a few days later. Shipping to Germany took approx. 10 days with all required documents attached for custom clearance. The finish of the instrument looks and feels great. I am very happy with the scale and the sound of the tone fields. I can highly recommend Meridian Handpans and I would buy another one in future.

I have recently received my Dminor Celtic Handpan from Meridian - indecision caused me to miss the last one that went online - I contacted to enquire when another might become available, Duncan informed me that a Dminor model was already partly made and he kindly allowed me to reserve it. The Handpan was in it's own protective bag inside an uber-sturdy cardboard box. It is beautifully finished with absolute attention to detail. When I test the sound from this instrument, it is immaculate. It has clearly been tuned to absolute perfection - 2nd and 3rd harmonics on every note included. If you have watched the demo video then that does give you an accurate idea of the instrument you will receive. However when you have this sound sculpture in your posession that is something very different... Humble thanks & repect!

My first ever experience of getting a handpan made. It was lovely working with Duncan. He was kind enough to accommodate every little iteration, and was super patient with everything. The result.
