Could not be happier. Went in asking for a squier tele or strat around the £200 range and came away with an astronomically nicer strat from a brand I had never heard of off the amazing advice from Rich. I love this shop. Great stock, particularly some very individual looking bass guitars that I have not seen anywhere else. Very friendly service and they have a great deal knowledge about guitars. I had my Washburn semi-acoustic set up there two years ago - well worth £50, made it a lot more playable. Since then I have been back three times with minor problems, the last time when I was playing my Fender Strat, got overexcited, stepped on the lead and the guitar stopped working. They fixed the electrics and charged me nothing. There are very few places around these days where you can get that level of service - they are so helpful. Highly reccomended

I bought my beloved Squier Strat from Rikaxxe yonks ago. The smooth action they got on it was lovely.Got it set up again the other week (drove down from south east specially) and its as good as new again. They take good care and know their stuff.

I had given up hope of being able to use my long time nackered semi-accoustic until I placed it into these guys hands. They sorted everything from the action, bent neck and slipping nuts to the pick-up I didn't even know was bust! Got me playing again.... Came back few weeks later for some advice on a possible new electric and they were superb - know their stuff and very friendly. Ace shop!
