We booked Electric Ocean for our wedding this weekend and I can’t recommend them enough. We were running quite late but they set up extremely quickly and changed their set plans to accommodate the new timings. They had every guest dancing and played a great mix of tunes so there was something for everyone. They really were fantastic and worth every penny. Thanks guys!

Electric Ocean had our entire wedding party on their feet for 4.5 hours on Saturday! Their back catalogue has something for everyone and the garage medley was a particular highlight for many. They were extremely accommodating of the limitations around our venue’s music licence and did everything they could to give us the most perfect wedding day. We booked the acoustic trio for the reception and then the band played their full set in the evening followed by a brilliant dj set. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and can’t thank them enough for everything!

Beyond amazing!!!! There really aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Electric Ocean were at our wedding last week, absolutely every step of the booking and planning process was faultless and their performance on the day was absolutely incredible!! Electric Ocean performed at our wedding at The Warren Estate, Maldon in August 2022 and the quality of entertainment blew everyone away. We opted also for an acoustic trio set during our meal which was fantastic. A live band brings so much more atmosphere than just music through speakers and these guys delivered beyond anyones expectations. Absolutely fantastic covers of so many big hits, nailed our first dance, and towards the end of the evening we’re engaging with guests and really helping host the evening. We’ve had so much positive feedback from all our guests, “the best wedding we’ve ever been to” and “the band were amazing”. I’d seriously recommend Electric Ocean for any event you’re planning. They were also at my cousins 30th a few years ago, and were also brilliant there. Cheers again guys, really appreciate you making our special day that little bit more magical.

We booked Electric Ocean before the pandemic kicked off last year. Despite our wedding being delayed numerous times due to the pandemic, we stayed in contact with the band. Namely Alex who was very helpful and professional throughout the delays. When the day came around, they were simply awesome! They had our guests on their feet all night and were certainly worth the wait after the covid delays. We can highly recommend these guys for any event! 10/10!

Wow just Wow, when the evening before our party came and our entertainment dropped out due to covid I was gutted… I got in touch with the band and they got back to me quickly with a firm yes they could help!! They did a cover of our first dance song and we couldn’t be happier with there version of this, it made that whole moment so special! Choosing the right band for our wedding was something we spoke about many times before we even booked a date! We knew we wanted a versatile band who could fill the dance floor, play our favourite Coldplay track (smashed it) but they had to be TOTALLY cool at the same time! Well, when we found Electric Ocean they ticked all the boxes. We booked them immediately. From the moment they were plugging in and completing their sound check they set up the vibe for the rest of evening, I had goosebumps. An amazing band. Electric Ocean played at our wedding at Godwick Barn and were absolutely fantastic in playing a whole range of tunes. We had the best party, all guests were up dancing all night (including an 86 year old nan and two Nuns)! Everyone is still raving about them! We requested some songs to be played as well as some to be included on the iPod sessions and all we're part of the sets at the times we requested. We couldn't have asked for a better band to get the party going. The chaps were exceptionally professional at every stage, from liasing with us pre-wedding, to turning up before the arranged time. The location was exceptionally tricky to find so we were delighted with their efforts to not only be on time, but early! They were discreet as they could be in their setting up and sound testing, and when it was their break they socialized with the guests. All in all we would recommend this band for any event looking for a great sounding band who can get everyone dancing.

26th May 2018 - Copdock Hall Wedding Booked the band on recommendations from various people and I am pleased to say that they did not disappoint. They arrived promptly and set up without any hassle. We had them play 3 sets with disco music in between and everyone danced until our curfew! Would certainly recommend this band to others in the future!

Booked Electric Ocean in November and had them play our wedding in February. The communication between us and the band leading up to the wedding was 1st class. Within the booking process and part of the price they asked us which song we would like for the 1st dance, and they would learn it to play live. Although we didn't have the band play our 1st dance (we wanted London grammar - nightcall. We just loved the original) they learnt another song which ment a lot to us and played it during their set. This went down so well and dare I say, We both liked it more then the original. Electric Ocean played 3 sets of 40 minutes with a dj set in between with songs that we had told the band we liked. This worked out well for us as it broke up the evening entertainment with a mix of live and recorded music. The dance floor was always full when the band played. The music that the band played was their own set list which was so good. From oasis to plan B, not a dud song. Speaking to guests who were at our wedding over the next few weeks they all commented on how good the band was. One of the bridesmaids have even booked the band for her wedding next year!. I can not recommend Electric Ocean enough. From the moment I enquired, to the night of the wedding the band made the whole process effortless. On the actual night I left the songs/times of sets up to them due to their knowledge and they got it all spot on. We had a variety of ages from 3-80 year olds on the dance floor and it was jam packed from beginning to end. At the end the crowd wanted more, they were that good! I think I danced solidly for two hours - it was impossible not to have a good time listening to such an eclectic mix of catchy favourites, dance floor fillers and golden oldies- singing along at the top of my lungs to boot! Probably the best night out I've had for ages, and what made it even better is that they were clearly having a brilliant time too. I'd highly recommend them for a party, event or wedding - I'll certainly be booking them for my 30th. Thanks for a top night!
