It's an industrial unit with everything I would like to use as I start my hobby. I went to discuss kit for starting and the staff member was super helpful. Took the time to settle my concerns as a know nothing, point me to suitable equipment and music download sites. I just turned up but it's recommended to make an appointment. Would recommend and will go back. Thanks.

Found this gem on the internet whilst looking for a new turntable. Called the guys up, they had stock, price matched the product and I went down to pick up the same day. When getting to the store, the gentleman that served me was incredibly friendly and professional and was more than happy to offer me advice and was clearly knowledgeable in his field. Was a shame I could not enter the shop and have a look around, but they informed me they would be open again soon! 5 star experience and a very happy customer.

Fabulous service and amazingly fast delivery. Bought the Gorilla LP100 Record Case and was extremely pleased with its quality. You can't buy a better box at this price point that takes your vinyl if you have them in plastic protective sleeves. Pleasure doing business with the Essex crew!

As someone who was really needing a lot of advice, I spoke with James who was BRILLIANT today. Customer service and knowledge was excellent. He went to great detail explaining everything and clearly knew what he was talking about. Came across these guys on Youtube which by the way has some really great videos. Had problem's with the microphone came with the Portable PA system bought 6 months ago, spoken to a very helpful person called Craig, understood the problem straightaway and arranged to send the replacement microphone which arrived within 2 days, brilliant customer service, definitely recommend this company, very helpful/professional.

Great service, had to put my order in quick to get a black Friday offer and I was flying out the day after. Was delivered at 10:30, the 0 % finance option was handy to speard the cost. The guys I talked to were really helpful. I priced up a few places and they manged to be cheaper so I got got a dj stand too and it still ended up being cheaper. Thanks.

I cannot rate get in the mix highly enough. I phoned with a query about a product and had a lovely chat with the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable James (great name too ;) !) . Truly excellent service. James gave me time, expertise and was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Service here is amazing. DHL were giving me the runaround after I missed a delivery. I called customer service and Adam was on the end of the phone constantly and didn't let it drop until I had my items. Really recommend these guys. Much appreciated.

Great customer service. I recently bought a DJ controller case and they got a couple from the warehouse for me to compare and offer advice on the best way to use it. The LED Battens I bought were tested on the counter for me. Always very help and a special mention to James who is always on hand to arrange a deal.

One of the best professional music equipment stores in east Anglia. Not only do they have plenty in stock ( a massive warehouse too) with lots of equipment wired up and ready to try out, but the service is excellent and the all the guys there are very friendly and helpful too.

Great place. Big car park. Staff are very helpful. We'll laid out store. Can demo equipment and get a good feel for it. Not pushed into buying things. They have great Dj night in association with NADJ ' National Association of Disc Jockeys' meet the reps who normally bring the latest information equipment. Great team here well worth a visit.

Made yet another purchase after having a conversation with James it is great to speak to someone who actually listens to what you want and what your price point is rather than tell you what they think you should buy. I have found james' extremely helpful everytime I need to make a purchase so much so that I only buy with confidence if I am speaking to him as I know he always puts the customers needs first regardless off what the price point is. But even more importantly he has very good knowledge of the subject he speaks about and anything he is unclear off he will go away and find out rather than just tell you what you want to hear Looking forward to my latest purchase arriving and I am sure I will be speaking to James again soon to purchase something else Thank you for all your help once again

Popped in the store today to purchase a SoundSwitch dongle to dmx my wedding set up - I needed some LED battens as well. Was served by James who took the time to sit down and explain all the different ones and plug in SoundSwitch to make sure they were compatible. I didn't feel rushed and came out the store with a beaming smile. I buy a lot of equipment from the store and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - their aftersales service is first class too!!
