Bought our second tub from Sean feb/march this year, our first lasting 15 years absolutely trouble free so was not question where i was buying from. This time we went for the Grandee with upgraded heater and music system. So hows it performing....absolutely love it, the 3kw heater keeps it at temp no matter how many bodies we squeeze in, a few cosy evenings with the wife but my son has plenty of mates round to drink the night away and party whilst in the tub. The whole process from offering to store my old tub till i sold it to delivery of my new one was faultless, cant recommend Sean and Zac enough. One thing tells you why to buy from mr hottubs and thats the time they have been around, there not going anywhere and only sell the best...thanks guys.

We had been looking to purchase a hot tub for some time and had looked at a number of different makes from numerous places. We happened upon Mr Hot Tubs in Hatfield Doncaster, and after speaking with Shaun settled on a HotSpring Relay, this was due to the quality of the tub and the guarantee but mainly due to the service we received. I have made numerous large purchases in the past but not gave the reassurance that Mr Hot Tubs did, they are very polite, friendly and helpful, and only gave the "Best Advice", this included him saying that there are other tubs in the market within our budget, and some have more features, but may not have the same quality, but he did not push for a sale like others had tried to do. This is why we then decided to pay the extra and go for quality and service over cost, we hope to have a long relationship with Mr Hot Tubs. The installation date came round quicker than anticipated and this included them having to replace our old fuse box (Consumer Unit) for a current modern unit that meets the new regulations. all this work was carried out in one day with as little disruption as possible and I must say, I have never had a more tidy set of tradesman work in not only my property but any I have been witness too! Once the installation was complete, Shaun spent a further 45 minutes with us going through all the settings and giving us the training to be able to use out new hot tub safely and how to use all the required chemicals safely. We would definitely recommend anyone to Mr Hot Tubs, you really cannot put a price on the quality of their service or the knowledge they have about their products.
