This is an amazing store. It is actually the first stop I made in Scotland because of how excited I was to go! Not only did the staff member that assisted me answer all my questions very extensively, he also helped me understand what I was buying and even tuned my bag pipe for me before I purchased it. Besides bagpipes there were tons of other instruments that looked like they were in great condition at the store. Thank you once again for all your help!!!

An outstanding bagpipe shop with every single visit given the upmost attention and care by the manager Neil. This shop is my number one choice before buying elsewhere or over the Internet and somewhere I can go even for a friendly chat and bit of advice. The quality of the products on offer are impeccable and extremely competitively priced!! As for the manager, Neil helped me in playing bagpipes again after years of not playing so I had to start all over again and had no idea where to start. I had several problems with my pipes as they were set up for the more experienced player. Neil has never been too busy to take time in helping me and advising me on which products are the best even when they aren't as expensive as the alternatives. A few days ago I picked up my new set of pipes from the shop after only asking to buy them the day before. I have never been so happy with a product I have bought due to the shear quality of them and the service that was given by Neil himself. To the owner- You have the best guy possible running your store who is an asset to your business and someone I now call a friend. 150/100 - A must to visit for all you pipers!!

I have recently purchased a set of Delrin Highland pipes from Bagpipes Galore, as I wanted to try Highland pipes. I play Hummelchen Smallpipes already and have been fascinated by Highland pipes for some time. I wanted something that worked properly on a budget and was not disappointed. Sehr freundliche Angestellte. Die Beratung war vorbildlich und ließ keine Frage offen. Dank an Ralph der mir alles bezüglich Dudelsäcke erklärt hat. Ich werde mir beim nächsten mal wenn ich wieder dort bin einen Dudelsack zulegen. Nun muss ich erst einmal Griffe üben. Was super ist, dass sie selber Dudelsäcke herstellen und auch in Stand setzen.
