Great wee shop!! A little hard to come by as it is downstairs under a cafe. The manager is a great chap, very friendly and always eager to help out. The other staff have been very pleasant over the visits to the shop, fantastic line of products and reasonable prices. The shop has a good vibe to it, worthwhile visit for any drummer willing to make the trip out!!

I ordered some drumsticks for my son for Christmas and, although they were dispatched soon after I placed my order, unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery and they got lost in transit. I emailed Drum Central who were very quick to respond. They offered to keep another set of sticks aside, ready to post when my initial order could be classed officially as a 'missing item' (Royal Mail). I emailed when I still had received my order, and the second order was dispatched and received within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and product will definitely use Drum Central again 🙂

Bought a full drum kit, with all the trimmings, in the middle of lockdown and the service couldn't have been any better. The staff on the phone were friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice for someone buying their first intermediate kit. It arrived 2 days later with plenty of email and text confirmations at all stages of the process. Wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

Everything for drums and drummers, almost missed it as its in a huge network of basements, under the coffee shop. Acoustic test and rehearsal rooms, huge selection of kit and accessories to choose from, John is first class in sharing his deep drumming knowledge and wisdom. I'm not a drummer but my son is learning and we both learned lots here (and got some great stuff).

Needed to buy to sets of drum heads called them to make sure I buy right pack for the remo emperor as I couldn't find it in site ordered Monday which was a bank holiday and shipped next day by dpd got the heads on the drums now just need to tune them very helpful and knowledgeable
