D.Came in to look at electric guitars with my 9 year old. From start to finish the guys were fantastic. Sorry I didn't get any names, a young man gave him a demo and then let him have a go, he was over the moon. The gentleman dealing with us was so patient nothing was too much trouble. My son left with a free plectrum and t shirt and was so delighted it made his day. We will defo be back for his Xmas present wouldn't go anywhere else now. B. R.I needed a digital piano for my work as on online music teacher and was recommended Kenny's by McLaren's, who were out of stock of the model I wanted. The staff at Kenny's were so helpful and actually recommended a slightly cheaper model to me that suited my needs, which I really appreciated rather than being pushed to go for a more expensive option. Even with current covid regulations in place, I was allowed to try all features of the keyboard for as long as I liked and not pressured into any decision making, everyone was so knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend, pleased to have supported this local business rather than ordering for the same price on Amazon.

d. a.Old school Musial instrument shop. Great to pop in for plectrums, strings or to covet an amazing but far too expensive guitar. Staff are the usual traditional whammy bar Maestros, but actually have the knowledge you need. Perfect. We need to protect these places so pop in for support and don't buy on line. Just saying.
K. M.Over the last six months I have bought two Les Pauls from Kenny's Music shop and both times the service has been first class. They allow you test out their guitars at your leisure and I was very VERY impressed that they said they would lay away one guitar whilst I was away for a week and thinking about a purchase, none of this put down one hundred quid to reserve it - they just did it for nothing. They also had to get a guitar delivered from the Gibson distributor and that was no problem at all, they phoned me when it came in and I went along and tried it without any hassle. Great selection of guitars in store - but they will get anything you need on order if they can. I've also had a number of guitars sorted by their in-house tech.
