Brilliant audio store, probably the best around. They stock premium audio kit and have a wide variety of products available. More importantly it's run by some of the most knowledgeable and chilled out guys in the industry, never a hard sell or bad word said. I really cannot recommend this shop enough - the service is truly excellent, expectations far surpassed in the level of time, effort and detail going in to addressing my needs (even for my fairly modest system). Made to feel like a fellow enthusiast rather than a customer, given lots of tea and advice, George looked after me well. I was even visited at home where my system was checked over and speakers tuned - over and above service seems the norm with Loud and Clear for which I am very grateful. I don't normally post reviews but this outstanding service demands recognition.

Had a great experience a few weeks back when I went in to enquire about speakers for an old record player with sentimental value, they treated me like a valued customer and gave good advice, telling me to bring in the player on a saturday morning when the ‘record player’ guy was in to have a look. I lugged the beast round the corner yesterday morning only to be shoo-ed out the door by a really rude member of staff who said there was nothing he could do for me because it was ancient, even after explaining I just wanted to buy some speakers that they could rewire to work with it he wanted nothing to do with me. Really disappointing second experience that has put me off ever going back. 3 stars due to the great first experience with helpful service and a lovely shop.

I've had an absolutely first class experience with Loud and Clear and can't recommend highly enough. From start to finish I received constructive suggestions with clear information and an outstanding level of engagement and care, from the initial enquiries right through to after-sales check-ins plus loads of tips for which the store will receive no payment. It's an enthusiast's dream and is also great for those who love stereo equipment and music but aren't necessarily up to speed with the technical side of things. I've re-fallen in love with music and will be heading back for more!

Great personal service from a small team of knowledgeable people. I had a problem with Arcam machine I bought about a month in. I went into the shop and the decision was made instantly without any faff - immediate replacement wh I was provided in a matter of days. Really impressed and will definitely be back if I need any more kit.

Fantastic! After trying to wire my house for speakers, tv and cat 6 myself, I got into a bit of a mess. Loud and Clear came out and got it sorted. It’s now a nice neat install with everything working. Highly recommend them. (Ps, another company did try to sort but failed miserably!)

Phoned up just looking for advice about a hdmi cable spoke to george a conversation that ended up lasting about 30 mins, nothing was to much trouble and knew his stuff, if you are looking to buy your 1st hifi system or upgrading make them your 1st call outstanding customer service and just friendly and no pressure to buy which I did

Lost a linn classic cinema remote whilst moving house, phoned Linn and got a reference number, price and advised to purchase from Loud & Clear. Phoned, spoke to John and ordered remote over phone, went in that lunchtime and paid the price advised by Linn. My remote was £50 but the welcome and attention I received could not have been better. The remote arrived two days later and I was notified by phone straight away. These guys are extremely welcoming, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Professionals to their fingertips.
