Amazing service, I cannot recommend them enough. I live in South Africa and I manage to get packages in a week or less. I've never had any issues and I find the service to be unparalleled. Seriously give them a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed!

Really excellent customer service. I had some queries about the product after ordering and Signal Sounds were quick to reply and looked into different options to me. They offered a refund if I needed, but I decided to keep the product (Rode Smart Lav +1) because it was really good quality and came with a warranty too and Signal Sounds have the necessary adaptor to use it with a Zoom H4 recorder. I would recommend and use again.

Bought a couple of Genelec monitors from here, Aleks was extremely knowledgable and super friendly and sent me a lot of helpful information on email. The item was also delivered the next day. I could not ask for more you guys went above and beyond. One suggestion from me would be perhaps to improve the site SEO so that it appears more in google searches for equipment.
