Honestly great customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They gave me advice and taught me a little about the guitar before and after I bought my first 2 months ago. The guitars are also affordable and will last you a long time. They give you a warranty, so no problems!

Fantastic experience. Buying my first guitar was a daunting prospect, but the staff at A.Remus Sound made it so simple it became an enjoyable experience. They have a wonderful selection of guitars, along with anything else you might need. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and even played a little Metallica while demonstrating the guitar I ended up buying. I highly recommend checking them out, I know I will definitely be returning there soon.

I can thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone who is interested in guitars. They have a huge stock of quality guitars and amps etc at very reasonable prices and the two guys who run it are very friendly. I took a guitar in to be re-strung and set up and Mark pointed out to me some fairly serious problems with it. Over the course of the next few days, he worked on it and eventually produced a fine instrument but I was concerned about the final bill. I need not have worried. It was around half of my estimate. Thanks guys, it's reassuring to know that you are my local luthiers and I will definitely deal with you regarding any future purchases. You can also park outside the shop which is a bonus in a busy city street. Cheers. Bob.

First Class Service - Great Range of Instruments. Had fender tele serviced there and thoroughly blown away with the service. Staff there obviously both know there stuff inside out and genuinely love what they do. Would whole-heartedly recommend them - your guitar is certainly in safe hands with these guys :-)

What an excellent and unexpected gem of a shop. Thank you to both of you who advised and carried out a refurbishment of my father's banjo - which must be over 80 years old. Having done a great job on the instrument Mark demonstrated to our 10 year old grandson what could be achieved on it. Very happy that this heirloom has been brought back to life by Mark and now passed on to an already enthusiastic young musician.

Great guy. Low key vibe. If the proprietor has survived decades of wankers trying out gear and he can still smile, then he's some kind of Zen master. The shop is small, jammed with gear, and we'll stocked. Both of the accessories I wanted were in stock. I'll definitely come here for my future needs. It was a positive experience.

Musicians sweet shop. Increase your limit on your card as you would like to buy the whole shop!! Owner happy to let you try anything on display and you can take your time doing it, no pressure just have a jam.
