Hands down the best distributor I have ever worked with. The team goes above and beyond to help promote labels and artists and a huge focus is placed on offering support and advice. I've known about Cygnus for years as some artists I have worked with have had their labels with them for years and have always talked highly of them. But it wasn't until recently that I actually found out what Cygnus really do for their clients when one of our labels moved there. The level of customer service has been of the highest quality, the response times to any enquiries have been really fast. Even though Cygnus have many labels they represent, they always make every label they look after feel like they're the most important one. The team at Cygnus are excellent, they have answers to any queries or ideas you have to help you implement them and if they don't know something you've asked about, they find out and get back to you real quick with answers and solutions. This is so helpful and truly appreciated. One of the many things that has impressed me is the Label Management System and how easy it is to use. As a label owner, to be able to give access to partners and artists alike, takes a lot of work away from my team and myself which frees us up to make more music and source music for release. I can't praise Cygnus and their team highly enough, 5 STARS all the way and even though I was late to the party, I finally arrived. A very happy customer.

Using Cygnus for years now - absolute pleasure doing business with them, but I think the personal contact with the staff is what I love the most. They're always up to give some feedback on label plans and suggest what they think works the best. They see the bigger picture. Cygnus even introduced our brand to some important partners in the music scene. Nothing but love for Lewis, Dan and the entire team.

For the past 3 years I’ve had the greatest experience with Cygnus Music. They helped develop my label from a passing idea, to an established niece drum & bass outfit. Along the way, the guidance and expert knowledge they have provided has been detrimental to the development of our label. Im not the sharpest knife in the draw and do make mistakes sometimes when entering data or not understanding something- Cygnus have always helped and put up with me! They offer in house services such as writing press releases and creating art work production etc - which are always of an excellent standard. Daniel and his team at Cygnus are by far the most professional, honest and easy to deal with that we have ever dealt with. Communication is absolutely key for us and being treated as an individual customer with our our own unique needs and ways of doing things rather than just another label on a balance sheet driving numbers for the bottom line of the distributor is what separates Cygnus from the pack. Where do I start... They've helped elevate the 1Forty label massively over the course of the past 4 years from when I first came to them as a relatively new label. From talking me through things like recording contracts, to being on hand same day for any queries, their customer service has been second to none which they've not sacrificed as they've grown which is an incredible feat. Even working alongside you to help push your releases places you didn't think were possible.. as long as you put the work in they'll be there trying to make things happen alongside. The portal is so easy to use even for newcomers and they are only adding more and more features as time goes on to really make it a one stop shop.
