Excellent customer service especially from the endlessly patient Ryan! The Atacama Audition stands I finally decided on have perfectly-sized top plates for my deep and narrow speakers and I have to admit it Ryan, that yes, they do look great in satin black!!!! Couldn't be happier! Many thanks!

Recently purchased a new amplifier from HifiGear and on getting it home there was a humming coming from the unit. Contacted Phil and Jamie who arranged for a replacement without question - this is working fine and I'm very happy with my purchase. My general experience is very good with hifi gear. A good choice of products across a large range of manufactures helps choice.After sales service is good I had an issue with a power supply unit and it was changed with no problem. Local car parking is good for short term use.

I have an old Denon record deck which needed a new cartridge and as I was going to use it with a different system from previous I needed some advise. I went to see Jamie and Charlie at Hifi Gear in Hereford and they were brilliant, suggesting a good affordable choice of replacement cartridge and mini fono unit so that the signal from the deck would work with my hifi system. After connecting everything we are back in action and sounding really good! Thank you guys, keep up the excellent service you provide.

The best experience I've ever had in making a hi-fi purchase. Staff who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. No pressure or salesman-like attitude.I was able to explain my needs. I was given some recommendations and was allowed all the time I needed to listen without feeling rushed and came away with a system I am over the moon with. In a world where it's becoming increasingly difficult to browse and purchase from a good brick and mortar store, it's re-assuring to know that we still have specialists like this with the professionalism and expertise to make sure you leave the store happy. Went in with a technical query as I consider which turntable to buy. Showed the back of my mini hifi as turntables I'd looked at didn't appear as though they'd work for me. Appears my assumption was correct but I had explained to me about turntables that would work with my equipment. I now know what I'm going to buy. You can't beat good customer, including possible customer service.

Happy with the service from hifi Gear.. Been searching the Internet for a couple of months for i piece of equipment, found what I was looking for on another hifi site bought the item online monies left my account and got invoice.. So waiting patiently for my item to arrive. The next day monies was refunded back to my account without any cancellation email or anything. I phoned the company in question to found out what's happened.. They said they don't have the item they advertise and not sure if they will have it again..im fuming at this point! anyway I start my search again luckily enough it comes up on the Hifi Gear website. So I give the store a call to make sure they have it in stock,,"didn't want to go down that same road twice" the friendly staff reassure me they have the items in stock he even went afar to check and if I buy it though the website it will be with me the next day.. So thank you Hifi gear for not advertising stock they don't have like some of your competitors and taking peoples money under false promises . I'm now enjoying my purchase from you. Thank again

Tucked away on an industrial estate, its unlikely you would stumble across this retailer by chance! Nonetheless, there are a series of signs to help you locate the place and its not hard to find; a short (10minute) drive from the centre of Hereford. The advantages of the location are obvious - easy free parking right outside and a large well-equipped showroom and demo facilities, including a dedicated AV room. These guys have a strong web presence as well which means that they can and do offer very attractive prices both online and offline. Additionally, they will usually price-match with competitors if you can prove an item is cheaper elsewhere. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish all hifi dealers were this good. In short, this store is a gem - almost certainly the the best hi-fi dealer in the entire region. Wish I had found them sooner! Strongly recommended.
