S. S.Absolutely mecca and haven of goods. Literally always lose myself here whenever I go for a browse, can always trust to find a vinyl or a DVD that I end up buying even if I don't go with the intention to shop. Lovely and very friendly staff.
K. K.Difficult to find as we don't live in Ipswich. Visited to buy Vinyl and were surprised by the amount of choice it was like going back in time 30 years. Helpful staff will visit again.

H.Expensive. My only option as had to buy something I could not wait on If bought online. £34.99 (and apparently this was reduced fron £49.99 for something that would have been £18 online and so was rather steep.

W. R.It's been a long time since I've visited this store and it's still as good as years ago! Staff are amazing, I couldn't find what I was looking for and within a tap and a click, they found it for me. I will have one very happy son at Christmas.

M. B.Such helpful and attentive staff! I ordered a blu ray online via click and collect, received the email confirming its arrival and went in to pick it up. When I got there though they were unable to find it. They apologized and explained they would do all they could to find out what had happened and also said they would reserve another copy of the blu-ray (as it was a limited edition) in case the other didn't turn up.
Turned out that Royal mail were just late delivering it to the store and it arrived 2 days later, but the fact that the staff were so polite and did all they could to rectify the situation I thought was fantastic.
Super friendly staff and a great range of products both mainstream and obscure - highly recommended!

A. S.Well it's an HMV , smaller than the old one, but at least it's all on one level. More so much more compact than the old one, but the High Street the times they are changing. Now used to the layout of the store easier to find things and if its not there it may be tucked out the back, if not they're happy to order it for you. All the staff are knowledgeable, but some are more knowledgeable than others.

Another dvd I couldn't remember the name of it only the actors and plot. They found the name of the dvd and whether it was available. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide range of stock.
