We've been going to Jo for about 18 months now and she has supported my daughter through 2 exams very successfully, and has always done so with good humour, all the while building confidence in ability.
My daughter loves her lessons with Jo, I couldn't recommend her more highly as a teacher.
V. G.Joanne has been teaching my daughter the Flute for the last 6 years, since approximately the age of 9 and more recently the piano as well. Jo’s quirky and fun style quickly produces results. A talented musician and accomplished teacher, Jo has a wealth of experience and expertise to help inspire new musicians, of all ages. Her exam days, are extremely well organised and take all the stress away. Jo has also been extremely supportive as our daughter has progressed through her music GCSE, with advice and support and helping choose appropriate pieces for the compulsory performance element. More than Highly recommended.

Jo is keen to promote a love of music and as well as teaching the required elements for exams, actively encourages children to play music which they have a personal interest in - film scores for my daughter. This certainly helps to motivate students. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for music tuition.
