During a move from London to Ipswich, my Faith Eclipse Jupiter guitar fell on the floor and a horrible crack/split in the wood appeared down the neck. Needless to say, the resultant damage was a major cause for concern and after discussing with a number of musical friends I thought it was 'done for'. However, I decided it was still worth finding out whether it could be fixed so I rang up Music World Ltd, who provided me with a rough estimated cost, and dropped the guitar off at their shop on the Saturday evening. By Monday morning I had already received a call saying that the gluing and clamping had worked and the guitar it was ready for collection. It had been repaired and cleaned up nicely, restrung with light-weight strings, the electric wiring had also been fixed, and to top it off they also set me up with an official Faith guitar case to ensure this doesn't happen again. Couldn't have asked for a better service or a quicker turn-around - and the price for all this was so insanely reasonable that I dare not post it here. Thanks again guys, and I'm sure I'll be frequenting your store in the future!

I was very new to piano buying. After a couple of bad experiences with online retailers during lockdown I was please to be able to visit Music World. They had put in all the proper COVID precautions to protect their customers. Obviously knowing their stuff very well they explained things to me at my beginner level. I purchased a piano with confidence and they delivered and installed next day. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Got an electric guitar and amp for my sons birthday, I had no knowledge of what to buy and the man on the phone was brilliant, I went away did some research on what they advised and went back and ordered a mini fender Jazzmaster and an LT25 amp, a really cool guitar strap, a lead and some pics over the phone. Few days later click and collect was ready. I went down to the shop at parked right outside!! everything was tested, set up and ready to go. very friendly, excellent service, very covid safe. Just had a broken jack tip removed from the cab input on my Orange Micro Terror and was charged a fraction of the price it would have cost for Orange to do it, though I know they have very good customer service too. Always helpful and sort you a great price on gear and always open to giving you as much advice as you need. I’ve been told by lots of people and seen online about never taking a guitar to a shop for set ups etc.. but this place can make even the worst guitar look and play incredibly. Ive been prevaricating for a long time over which piano to buy. You get snowblind looking on the internet, review after review, youtube post after youtube post. The truth is you need to try for yourself. Which is why I ended up at Music World. All my concerns and confusions melted away. There was no pressure put upon me. The young chap who spoke to me gave me the answers I required. I was honest and said I could get it cheaper on the internet, but he didnt hesitaye in matching that price. No more excuses, I bought my piano. Another truth to bear in mind, even if the product is slightly more (internet and shop prices are closer than ever) I would still recommend buying from your local shop. At Music World they are friendly and knowledgable, and not in the least bit pushy. I highly recommend them! I bought the Yamaha P115. An excellent piece of kit, and pervect for my needs as a beginner and beyond.
