I love this place! They always have a really good selection of limited-edition vinyls and they are very well stocked. I recently managed to get an amazing vinyl from there and I’m super happy with them. The guys at the counter are very helpful and they know the store very well so they can find the record superfast for you or if there is that it’s not in stock. Very kind and very understanding. I will definitely be going back there to buy more records.

My first visit and I was well happy with my two purchases, while they mainly sell new records (that is no bad thing), you can grab a bargain, it’s all about being there at the right time, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they stock RSD items too, I’ll be a returning customer.

Great little record shop with an eclectic, essential range of vinyl and CDs for sale. There is new stock, but also vintage stuff. Staff are very helpful as well, had an issue with a new record I purchased having a scratch. It was replaced with no hassle. It's ideally placed if visiting Greenwich as well, mere steps from the DLR station. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful local record shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loads of cool vinyl as well as CD's and other goodies. There is some great music on the shelves and the staff are highly adept at guiding you through the maze of musical genres and making suggestions and recommendations. No visit to Greenwich is complete without crossing the threshold of Casbah.

Good selection of records but only really has popular genres and artists. Finding some will not be possible on vinyl. They do have other things like some books and t-shirts but are expensive for what they are.

I ordered a record at the start of the Covid19 lockdown. I had a somewhat unusual request regarding arrangements for posting. The communication was excellent, and they were happy to accommodate my request. I would happily order again, and hopefully will get to visit when in London.

It's like stepping back in time! A great old-fashioned record shop with a friendly owner happy to talk music with his customers. Despite its modest size, it's packed with a great selection of genres and titles on both vinyl and cd.

The love of Vinyl really won't end: those of us still around from back in the day when pocket money was spent on a seven or twelve inch, cannot resist shops like this. It is in the most unexpected of places nestled among nautical stuff in Greenwich. Retro is keenly alive here, with shop dummies wearing groovy outfits and the staff relishing every minute of being in charge of a great collection, and window dressing. No-one has the storage for records anymore, but this shop and those like it should have a massive campaign and business energy aimed at shelving solutions to accommodate. Worth the trip just for here....

Positively rammed with CDs and new/quality-used vinyl. This attractive shop is collated with a discerning eye slanted to the more marginal, unexplored and specialist rather than belabouring the 'same old' and the obvious. Despite expensive prices this Casbah certainly rocks and definitely worth a visit.

Fabulous record shop. Racks of rock/soul era vinyl, painstakingly organised into genre/sub-genre, mostly current pressings, with a sprinkling of second hand, plus 45s & CDs. Run by music enthusiasts.
