Perfect customer service! They responded to my email and request for them to speed up the process after explaining that I am traveling abroad before the vinyl arrival date. They even offered to deliver it internationally if needed at extra cost. The record arrived in perfect condition 5 days before the standard 14 days. I haven't played it yet but I am sure it will be perfect as the packaging screams quality. Thank you guys.

Ordered for my mum’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. There was a delay due to staff isolating but they let me know straight away and allowed offered to allow me change the delivery address so it went straight to her. It still made it in good time, the pictures all came out great and she hasn’t stopped playing it since - would highly recommend!

Great experience ordering a custom vinyl with Cutsy. We had some difficulty using the website so emailed and the team were able to take our order via email with no issues. Clear correspondence from Elliott the whole way through and when we realised we'd accidentally included an incorrect song, the team were so accommodating and allowed us to change it. Delivery was even faster than we were anticipating! All round, a great experience. Quality of the vinyl is second to none!

** Highly Recommended ** I never imagined that it would be possible to get a single record made up. But you can and it really is as good as it sounds. I send Cutsy a list of songs that I wanted made up for my niece, and a photo for an album cover. The record that came was great quality. The album cover was great. The record itself was great. It was just like buying a record from a record shop from a band, except this one is unique in the world. The look on my niece's face at Christmas was priceless and if I could award 6 stars I would.

Superb. Created an album for my wife's 40th. What an amazing idea and service! My husband is very much into his music and on our wedding day we had a whole 'Terrace Tunes' play list of songs we had chosen to be playing during the reception bit and for our anniversary I had the first few songs pressed onto vinyl for him and I have to say the service, quality and idea of this is just fantastic.
