Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will spend as much time with you as needed. Very good prices and will buy your stuff as a very fair price. Highly recommend this shop for any drummer.

Oh. My. Word. Every time - just brilliant service. Thanks for the stool... arrived - and awesome condition for second hand. Thank you.

The best drum shop in London. I have bought a few vintage drums and cymbals from here. Always spot on. Much better than risking it on eBay. Recommended

Received my bongos next day and great service as the style I ordered was out of stock, Mike (i think that's who called) rang me to let us know and gave me an alternative style. Nice price too. I'd buy from Drumshack again

Our son is learning drum and we have been recommended by his drum teacher.
I called the store yesterday and Alex who helped me so much! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and not at all the pushy sales person type. We got the drum set this morning!!! I would highly recommend Alex and drum shack to anyone who has an interest in drums. They are the person to go! Thank you so much!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent service over the phone, in the shop and via Facebook. Loads of equipment to see and easy to arrange a demo or trial. Great, pragmatic, sensible advice; no pushy salesmanship, just useful information. Brilliant 0% financing for kids, and very open to 'trade-up' exchanges. Parking in the little road round the corner.

Absolutely amazing shop!
Got an electronic kit from them and I'm the happues customer ever. I've been takin lessons as well for the past month and I love this shop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good prices and the local shop vibe and service you simply don't get anywhere else.
Cannot recommend them enough!

Great local instrument shop that serviced and repaired a vintage amp as well as a bass guitar for me. They don’t just do drums. Great service, very communicative and very good value for money.

I have just taken delivery of an item I ordered less than 24 hours ago. I received great service from Danny, who really went above an beyond to get the item to me before Christmas Day. Excellent.

I think my first Google review but felt I had to write about this place. Rocked up with my 14 year old daughter looking around when a chap - Kwesi - came out and gave both me and my daughter a first rate introduction to drumming.
Really really enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and has certainly made me want to drum. A really really fun shop (and particularly useful if you need anything for drums of course!)
Thank you for your time (and patience)

I'm not a drummer, I'm a guitarist, and although they stopped their guitar side of the business a while back I still use them for strings and accessories. If they don't have it, they'll order it, and they are a very cool helpful friendly bunch of people.

I left the shop about 10 mins ago and had to write a review.
I’m a total beginner at drums and as such, looking for my first edrum kit (living in London has its limitations...)
I called ahead and spoke to Reece who was lovely. I popped in today and spent over an hour talking to Reece and Kwesi about edrums (amongst other things 😅). Very knowledgeable, so so friendly and patient which is an added bonus if you’re a noob like me and maybe a little anxious.
No hard sell, no bs, just respectful honest guys. Will be back with my pay check at the end of the month 🤩
Thanks guys!

Ordered some nice new Protection Racket drum cases for my new kit which was a custom order. Was more than happy with the service I received from Alex who dealt with the whole order and keeping me up to date with the process when experiencing a little bit of trouble. Cheers Guys!

The best drum shop in London. Friendly gents working there who are there to help and advise rather than force deals or 'convince' you of what you need. I buy 90% of my drum bits from here. The prices are very reasonable and there's so much to choose from! They have a particularly great range of cymbals.
If you're in South London or nearish the Thames on the north side then look no further. This place is great.

The most important thing to me is the high quality of my music. I was looking for professional AKG stereo headphones and my friend recommended that shop to me. It made me a good impression that the staff were very pleasant and helped me to decide which headphones to buy. I do not hesitate to recommend that store.

I used drum shack back in February, to buy some up-grades my Yamaha E drum kit. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Paul, I must say the advice/service was prompt, direct & more importantly honest. Absolutley first rate. He really pulled out all the stops, so BIG thank you to Paul.
