They just know how to treat customers and make you feel welcome unlike some unsavoury businesses that I’ve had to deal with. They came highly recommended by my family and the time they take to advise and help you really adds to the customer experience. I definitely do not regret going here and I bought my first ever drum kit from them so I’m really happy.

I had my son’s electric guitar fixed while I was waiting, they didn’t even charge me, they also provided good information about the amplifier I was planning to buy and as it turned out at that stage my son was ok with his, so it was a very honest advice. Quite fantastic, attentive service, adjusted a guitar I was interested in on the spot, set up amp ready to play. Couldn't have done more. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A big contrast to nearly every other guitar shop I have been to recently. Yes I bought it.
