They are great listeners, and have an instinct for helping artists (musicians like myself) smoothly on their journey in searching for a bow or an instrument they will come to treasure and love for a long time. I have also been so fortunate to be referred to a Lamy bow frog (its stick had suffered damage) through Ingles & Hayday, which I had really needed at the time, in order to have a second frog.
