Beautiful grand building, amazing architecture. We were in the grand circle row G, its very high up.
However was still a great room, we are both tall people, leg room was tight but not leg crushing.
As alway the ladies loos are an issue, maybe unisex toilets would help with this issue.

The venue itself was really cool. Very steep stairs though so if you are sitting at the top bear that in mind.
I went to watch Steven Bartlett Show which was really incredible, if you get a chance to go there I definitely recommend that!
O. A.
Went to see Diary Of a CEO at this iconic venue! Staff where helpful, polite and the theatre itself was stunning. Only thing I would recommend people take into consideration when booking is the stalls are slightly on the small side. Consider booking on the isle would be my advice! The show itself was breathtaking. Will be returning!
K. H.
Great place, very busy but everything was so organised and went so smooth and nice. Amazing to be part of this great show. Britain's got Talent is Definitely a one in a life time experience you need to have. ❤️

Went to watch Britain's Got Talent..
Excellent time..
Really good warm up and interval comedian, had the crowd laughing and singing..
Loads of history to the place.

Love the Palladium. Its such a stunning building with an amazing history. I sat upstairs in the Grand Circle for the first time on my last visit. Honestly don't believe there is a bad view in the house!
D. V.
First time visitor. We saw Hannah Gadsby and she was of course brilliant. But I want to send a special shout out to all the staff who were brilliant in supporting my disabled friend on our visit. A very special thank you.
G. C.
Hex show cancelled, so booked on the day. Fantastic show, with Julian Clarey and Donny Osmond superb. Very loosely a pantomime, but very entertaining and great views from the stalls. Recommend to anyone without children as a very grown up theme throughout with Julians innuendos. A fantastic substitute.
N. B.
Iconic venue next to Oxford St tube station. The seats in the stalls were comfortable with a surprising amount of leg room. Good bar facilities and quick service during the interval

The London Palladium is a very old theatre it is close to the underground station which is helpful for getting home. We were seated in the royal circle, the view of the stage was fantastic, the seats are old and a little cramped but that's to be expected. I would recommend seeing a show at the palladium.
D. T.
This is a large theatre in the West End of London near Oxford Street that hosts shows and concerts. I had visited to see Steve Hackett and, despite it being in the second summer of COVID, it was good to see that the venue was quite full and not far from a sell out. You do get the usual queues for the bar and toilets as you will in many venues.
In terms of it being a performance venue, you do get a good view of the stage even from nearer the back and the acoustics are good as well.
L. -. R.
Beautiful old theatre. Full to the brim this evening (Dita Von Trese). My seat was very comfortable just 7 rows from the stage. Great view

My friend and I went to attend the evening performing of Joseph And The Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat on Fri 3rd Sept 2021. When we arrived there was a long queue which we were told was for the Grand Circle so we were in the correct line. Once we got near the front, we had our bags checked and the lady scanned our tickets, I told her I had my NHS Covid Status paper but she didn't ask to see it nor scan it. However I dare say if you didn't have something you could easily be caught out and that's not just this venue, it depends how strict they are and if they really need to check Covid vaccination status or a Negative test result.
Anyway we proceeded in and made our way up the flight of several stairs - Good workout lol! At the top we showed our tickets and the staircase to the seats is VERY STEEP so held the handrail as we made our way to the front row, Row A of the Grand Circle. It says the view is obstructed by the rail but its not really. You just lean forward or look through the gap. Leg space is very limited so not recommended for anyone who is tall or may find it uncomfortable having limited space.
The show was incredible. I had a lot of fun singing to the old classics - Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door To Me, and much more. The cast are amazing and I loved the colourful costumes. The time seemed to roll by so quickly. Alexandra Burke as Narrator was spectacular, she has an incredible voice and lots of charisma. Jason Donovan as Pharaoh was also a nice surprise and had us in stitches.
Even though we were high up, we had a good view and incredible memorable evening. Programmes are only £6. It gives you a little background into the making of the show, the costumes and set as well as background information on the cast performers.
I would definitely recommend going to see a show here as no matter where you are, you will definitely get a good view.
We did wait by the stage door exit but a security guard came and bellowed that on the door clearly stated no selfies/autographs and strictly only families of children/cast members were allowed and that he recognised faces of who should be there so on that note we left but we had a wonderful evening. A very memorable experience.
W. T.
Loved the concert with Paloma Faith. She was on form and mixed new and old songs. We were a little bit up in the heavens but that's what we'd paid less for!
l. M.
I had a great time the staff were vigilant and very professional. The atmosphere was electric. The show was magnificent
R. R.
Great to be back watching a show. The queuing system was efficient, bag check & ticket check fast & the staff friendly & helpful. Top tip - if you have a child with you you can ask for a booster cushion so they can sit up higher to get a better view!

The london palladium was great as usual, we have visited in the past many times, thougth this time it was for a different thing altogether Britians got Talent, we got in late and it ran late, but it was a good experience and my daughter enjoyed it, toilets were different, just ladies open, with laminated sign on inner door saying unisex.
But if that the worst, cant be bad.
A. A.
Spacious place and once crowded can provide great atmosphere. Great place to go with comfortable seats and good lighting. Some facilities such as toilets were unisex, not sure if it was just for this show but it caused a lot of long queues. 2 exits for front and back also helps to ease the flow of crowd leaving at once. One thing I hope it would’ve had were wider seats as you’re rubbing against the person you’re sitting next to, weird especially if you don’t know them well
B.
As a long over due treat of 2 years. We finally got to see Joseph at the Palladium. And it was fantastic,we were met by a lovely lady " Red coat" called "Jess" who made us very welcome and looked after us 110%.Champagne reception VIP treatment. The building is lovely and the whole performance was second to none."Thankyou well worth the wait".
N. L. M.
Never fails to impress, just a fabulous place to go, especially if the show lives up to the venue which Pantoland certainly did.
C. O.
Very helpful staff, seats were more comfortable than some other theatres, very disabled friendly.
L. C.
Sat in the centre of the grand circle, great seats looking directly onto the stage. As it's an old theatre the seats are very close together, narrow & hard so pretty uncomfortable if you're sat for a long time. The steps were also very deep down to our seats. Wouldn't recommend this circle if you suffer from vertigo otherwise great view saw the whole stage as the seats are on a steep incline.
M. L.
Great venue with good seat distribution.
The bars can be a bit crowded but it ends up working out.
R. H.
Great welcome to Pantoland. We were running late. Theatre staff couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we got to our seats in a relaxed approach which was sensitive to the audience and performers.
Show, as ever, was the best with great staging, performances and costumes.
M. B.
Went to see Pantoland with the family. What a beautiful theatre..the cast were brilliant!👏👏👏
G. G.
Classy! Very beautiful building from outside and inside. The two bars onsite offer good variety of drinks and some snacks.
I. N.
Have seen several shows here through the years. Always had a great time but beware the low rake in the stalls means you may have someone blocking your view!
A. B.
Iconic London venue; came to see Joseph: i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e show and fantastic cast. Loved being back at the theatre, especially in a venue with so much history (I went into a Wikipedia black hole during the interval - can highly recommend 🤓)
B.
Unless watching complete trash how can you not love the Palladium? Perfectly designed bar section before getting to your seat makes this a classic British institution. Booze and Performance it's a match made in heaven.
If scared of heights then you better be prepared to pay big for floor seats otherwise it's weirdly steep balcony seats can give you a vertigo flush. Even then still worth it as only small corners of stage are obscured with the rest all visible so you don't miss any part of the shows.
J. G.
Brilliant show ,loved it
I am not sure suitable for families with children but I loved all of it
I hope its similar next year
J. R.
Brilliant night with Paul Carrack his great band great seats with my beautiful Wife fantastic 3 days in London
M. R.
Show was amazing! However not so impressed with management of Covid restrictions. The place was heaving, obviously needed to wear our face masks but the venue was roasting and there wasn't any air conditioning.
Definitely recommend the show and the venue is beautiful although not much leg room.

Sunday 6th March - Dita Von Teese in 'Glamonatrix'. Old London venue with right amount of charm and faded glamour. Did not receive tickets but despite the chaos going in, they just wave you in. Huge bar area. No coffee and no snacks except sweets. Fairly comfortable but this is an old historic theatre which has a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of ladies loos for the interval nice and clean. Dita and her company were AMAZING!! I can happily say I have seen Dita V T cavort in her martini glass and it was FAB!
R. M.
Great venue full of historic charm. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Everything was well prepared before the show and during the interval, plus the meet and greet was well organised after the show. It's always a great experience at the Palladium.
W. W.
Superb staff, fair bar prices, stunning building, fabulous acoustics. Don't expect people to sit down at a music concert, it's not going to happen! Stand up and dance! A superb 2 nights of Richard Ashcroft has left some great memories and rank in my top gigs of all time. This could even be my new fave venue ranking with The Royal Albert Hall.
E. T.
Beautiful venue! Easy to find, local parking, and great shows!
C. B.
Went to see Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat after waiting 2 years since the last show. Cast and crew made it magical once again.
S. C.
This was a lovely venue however, I went there for the filming of a TV show so no alcohol. We weren't warned which was disappointing. Still, great show, lovely staff and a nice venue even though I acquired the last seats which inevitably weren't the best!
A. B.
Show brilliant as ever. Donny, Julian, Nigel, Gary, Paul and the team absolutely brilliant. Just what you need to make you feel brighter 🤣🤣🤣busy and crowded but queues to get in went down quickly. Heartily recommend it 👏👏👍
M. K.
We went to Pantoland at The Palladium and although it was more like a variety show than a pantomime, we still had a great night. We travelled from Southampton and were on the 3rd row of the grand old theatre so had a great view. We love the place and can't wait to go back.
P. C.
Went here to see the latest panto starring Julian Clary amongst others. Everyone wore a mask going in but most people removed them upon entry. Had good seat and could see the stage very well. Staff were excellent. Unfortunately I was bored rigid and fell asleep even before the interval. Legged it home to sleep more comfortably. May be back next panto season as its a good venue.
J. G.
Wonderful atmosphere! Fantastic cast and brilliant dancers. Linzi stole the show for us...simply awesome! Kind professional staff. Mikey found my daughter's missing toy, he was great!! Sound and orchestra were perfect.
P. N.
Went to see Ricky Gervais (it was brilliant, highly recommended). The venue was really nice, sensible queuing system to get in and then headed to the bar where it was really easy and quick to get served, the bar staff were amazing and dealt with the crowds well. We went to our seats which were really comfy (the red velvet cushioned type), I wouldn't argue if they offered a little more leg room but wasn't too bad, it's an old theatre so you can't expect masses of room. At the end it was relatively quick to get out as well. Given its extreme proximity to the tube it was very convenient to get to. I'd definitely go back again.
Covid wise they ask you to put a mask on at the door to get in but once you're in I'd say 90% took them off, when you're sat down no one seemed to be wearing masks. Not entirely sure what the mask policy is but they weren't actively enforcing anything once inside. To be honest it felt very safe/normal like it would have been pre-covid.

Had a great time at The Palladium. Close to the tube, lots of friendly staff and great sound and lights.
M. A.
Amazing concert, loved the atmosphere, highly recommended. Will visit again soon
P. P.
Great day out watching Britain's Got Talent auditions.
K. B.
Almost every seat has a decent view, acoustics and atmosphere were on point. Slightly limited legroom, remember to go early at the interval if you want snacks/drinks it gets super busy.
H. W.
Superb venue. Highly recommend. Seats bars and toilets all good. Sound is fabulous.
h. g.
Great show with numerous stars. Costumes & lighting designs were amazing. Fun & laughter much needed with a full house. A real pleasure.
M. M.
I have always loved the London Palladium. I still vividly recall an early visit there in 1964 to see Cliff Richard in Aladdin. The theatre has a wonderful atmosphere and in my opinion, it is the most charismatic theatre in the world. It has never lost its magic.
M. J.
For some reason a favourite venue to go to the theatre. It was lovely to see panto there earlier on this week. An incredible cast, and fun night out.
J. W. (.
Went to see the actor Brian Cox talking about his career. The London Palladium welcomed us warmly and efficiently, had pre performance drinks at the bar served by friendly staff. Auditorium was well ventilated and seats were relatively comfortable.
C. S.
Lovely evening at the London Palladium watching the 80s band Go West! Great theatre and the atmosphere was great!
T. V.
Last went here in 2016 (I think) -and it was a very nice experience. But this week the team were just exceptional.
After quickly identifying I needed help the disability support team practically scooped me up and took amazing care of me all night. It’s really sad though to be able to identify that this place did EXACTLY what every disability support scheme recommends and says -it’s just that most places who have this training or accreditation do not always do the follow up work and follow what’s recommended-which is ask the person and follow their instructions for support needs. We know what we need better than anyone else.
I cannot thank them enough for their kindness it made the part of the experience I dread with going anywhere a lot easier.
Thank you.
M. A.
Wow its been worthy after waiting longer than actual time for the show in freezing cold. I did not understand why as its difficult in like this weather to wait on street but I just came here for Simon and the show is amazing. Had lot of fun and enjoyed a lot. Hope and expected some improvement in arrangement and in theatre too.
D. P.
Went to watch Dita Von Tease which was incredible. There was an ease to The London Palladium and with helpful staff at every corner, you knew exactly where to go or what to do. This made the whole experience that much better! It’s a beautiful building too and nowhere better to watch the legendary Dita.
G. D.
This is my favourite place to visit for a show or concert. Not too big, you always feel connected to the performance. The interior is impressive, like stepping back in time.
C. W.
Watched panto land, fabulous show and venue. Staff were lovely, friendly polite and helpful. Although be prepared to pay £3.50 for a bottle of water but tbh it's like that at all these places. Building is beautiful to look at too.
S. B.
Went to see Pantoland this afternoon at London Palladium. Sadly, one of the main performers (Donny Osmond) was absent through illness but the rest of the stars went ahead and gave an excellent show. Julian Clary, Nigel Havers, Paul Zerdin and Gary Willmott together with the Tiller Girls and the rest of the cast were hilarious, great entertainment and all received a well deserved standing ovation at the end. Staff at the Palladium were wonderful, as usual. Entry process, security, checking covid pass and tickets was smooth and efficiently handled. They are all so polite and helpful. Thank you for making our visit special.
S. B.
Brilliant theatre and right on the ball with Covid procedures. Staff kept everyone safe the best they could so my family and friends could enjoy a brilliant pantomime. What a fabulous show complete with my favourite comedian of all time Julian Clary. I love this guy in panto and his sidekick Nigel Havers always adds charm and brilliant characters.Donny you're still a legend and puppet man we need to see more of you on the TV. Loved it. Thank you everyone for a great show. Julian you're the bees knees x
S. V.
A must !!what a great comedian ,if u need a good laugh that’s the place to go ,go see Jason Manford ❤️
J. K.
Nice venue, easy to get in and out of, was pleased with view and sound from circle. Seats could be more comfortable but that's old theatres for you.
M. F.
Lovely little thearte ... Have a beer before you go in . £11 for two cans of stella ! Oxford circus tube is a few hundred yards away .good views from every seat .
D. P.
Somehow, even after many years of London, this was my first trip here! Easily managed, beautiful venue, if you're a bit taller (hello.) get an aisle seat for leg room though, friendly staff. Thank you ❤️
G. F.
Went to see Pantoland ~ absolutely brilliant show ! Palladium staff tried to be quick getting guests in, which under current Covid restrictions isn't easy, but worked fairly smoothly for me. Great place to go to watch a show as well ~ an iconic venue that lived up to its heritage !
C. B.
Lovely being back at the theatre. Socially distanced seating. Can still order drinks at the bar. Joseph is a great show, real feel good, factor. Downside, wearing a mask whilst watching the show, very hot.
A. W.
It was the best way to celebrate my 60th birthday 🎂 on the day we went. Donny Osmond was the star of the show along with Sam and the song they did together puppet love used be made as a single
L. S.
Great, and really appreciate how good staff were with our autistic group member, they were very patient. Only issues for us- there were no ushers to show us to our seats, so we walked up and down several aisles before finding them.
D. M.
Paul Heaton in concert..simply fabulous as ever!.
Great theatre and well run.
D. A.
Great little venue, have seen Cats here and the other Week Jamie Cullum. Was amazing for both, sound there is. They carfy out security checks before you enter and organise different queues to enter in depending where your sitting which made it easy to enter and know where yiu were going
T. C.
Pantoland was absolutely fabulous and being a Donny Osmond fan it made my year. The seats don't have much leg room but no worse than any other old theatre. All covid-19 precautions were taken and everyone has to wear a mask which was reassuring.
T. Q.
Beautiful venue, especially Premium seats 😉. Lovely staff
N. H.
Probably the most famous theatre in London. Neatly situated just off Oxford Circus & by Libertys. A vast internal space gives the 2,000+ audience a wonderful experience. Whether you are in the Stalls, Circle or Dress Circle you have a very good view of the stage & also lots of leg room compared to other Theatres I have visited. The drinks & sweets can be expensive, but you should expect to pay London prices. If you're unfamiliar with the road layout & location, then coming out after the performance from a side door can be a little disorientating in positioning yourself.
b. j.
Went to see 20th anniversary production of Taboo last night.
Amazing show, vibrant characters and some fantastic music and songs. A few Culture Club classics as well.
The show featured amongst others Jonathon Partridge, Julian Clary, Luke Evans (via screen) and Boy George. The rest of the cast too were amazingly talented and all gave their time free as it was a charity event.
The production gets 5 stars and the review would have too if it wasn't for the very cramped seating at the Palladium. The standing ovation at the end was a welcome way to stretch the legs - several people made the same comment.
Full House which was great, well organised entry to venue with covid pass checks, so almost back to normal!
L. M.
I did enjoyed myself although we had to queue re: PCR testing, which took, little time. I didn't mine...re covid. Donny Osmond was fabulous, took me back to my youth 😉😉. I would also like to thanks the manager, for changing my seat. This was due to having problem with stairs.
K. S.
Watched BGT here! It was an amazing show. The actual theatre is very compact with virtually no leg room or room for people to pass. The show over ran by 1 hour and upon leaving, staff had closed the toilets. It was impossible to go during the performance so to finally get out and see toilets locked was just unbelievable. There was a disabled elderly man begging to use the toilet. I had to intervene. Very sad tbh. Show was amazing but policies need updating. A toilet is a basic human right!
M. R.
Great concert venue with good all round visibility from the stalls and excellent acoustics.
R. P.
Classic theatre with three audience levels plus boxes.
Great accoustics and character whether you are watching a play, a show or a concert
A. A.
A wonderful theatre. Such history, such class.
t. m.
Absolutely brilliant as always. The Panto is supreme. Julian Nigel Gary and all the team plus superstar Donny brought the house down. Oh yes they did!!
D. L.
This review is for the show not the venue.
Went to see Dita Von Teese last night 9/3/2022 after a 2 year wait through Covid, was very disappointed in the performance of her and her other performers, as I took my daughter in late twenties and mother late seventies, and we all had the same view. Only 7 people on the stage at different times, not taking up the space at anytime, very repeatative, and certainly not worth the money paid in tickets, glad I didn't pay the highest price. Spoke to several people over the night that had the same opinions! We said it seemed she couldn't be bothered......
A. C.
First time ever coming here and was blown away by it. The building itself is stunning, the staff are all SUPER friendly and helpful and made the event of seeing ricky gervais even better than expected. Thankyou all for a fab evening! Will love to come again one day.
b. u.
The pantomime was the best I have ever been to and I've been to a lot. I love this theatre it is beautiful. The only issue I had was the least time I Went there is no lift for the grand circle
W. K.
Saw Paloma Faith absolutely the best place and the concert was amazing
N. H.
The theatre is always lovely but the evening was ruined by the attitude of some of the box office staff. Many customers were having issues with tickets bought through Ticketmaster yet some staff were very unsympathetic to the point of rudeness. The party I was in ended up being seated several rows apart split 3 to 1. At no point did anyone apologise
p. j.
Iconic theatre, friendly helpful staff all in all a great night out.
C. M.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pantomime was fantastic.. laughed all the way through..and our teenage heart throb helped too...
Left with big smiles on our faces.. it's a must see
K. P.
An amazing experience. Loved watching Donny Osmond sing some classics and Julian Clary was hilarious as always. Go see it!
M. C.
AMAZING! Saw an awesome show. Bar staff were friendly and polite. Very clean everywhere. Lovely theatre all around!
J. B.
Visited to see the matinee showing of Pantoland. Good checks for COVID passes and bags before going in and made sure masks were worn throughout the show which was fantastic and well worth the trip and stay in London. Thanks to everyone involved in keeping us safe and producing such a family fun panto with plenty of laughs for older members of the audience!
M. K.
Saw Pantoland at the palladium.Leg room not the best ,but you can hear and see well even in the gods. View is not great if you get a tall person in front of you. Julian Clary very funny
Quite a few people in the audience who didn’t bother wearing a mask. Or have it on their chin. It think if I just hold a drink most of the performance, that means they do not have to wear a mask.
Most of these people by appearance clearly were not medically exempt from wearing a mask.
Y. S.
Lovely place! Friendly staff, steeply raked seating in the grand circle (so view of the stage isn't obscured by tall people in rows in front) and a great atmosphere. Went to see/hear Van der Graaf Generator, a fantastic prog rock/jazz band still touring after over 50 years on the road! Love it!
C. D.
Show was great but the seats do not give much leg room. Good job I was up dancing most of the evening.
T. T.
Easily one of the best theatre's in London. It's also one of the few theatres whereby your going to get a great view of the stage, even if your a little off to the side.
T. B.
Glad to be able to get back to sitting down, and watching a wonderfully performed show in the West End. Everyone followed the Covid protocols put in place by the theatre, and the staff helped to make the visit even more enjoyable. We came along to see the performance of " Here comes the boys" last Sunday, that had been moved here, from the Garrick Theatre.
M. O.
Nice theatre but the seats are cramped. There is not much legroom. This, I assume is a function of when it was built but can make watching long shows quite uncomfortable
a. m.
- the gentleman in the box office at the London Palladium was very helpful and friendly - I was buying a ticket to see Billy Ocean (next year !) and he guided me round the various seating possibilities - also it is good to be able to buy a ticket in person - most tickets are sold online now - also the LP box office is open during the day - most others aren't : all round good experience - thank you London Palladium !
C. M.
Exceptional ... Once we got in. Waiting outside in the cold in January having to kill over 5 hours was not fun. Start earlier and get better / fairer systems of entry. Could not fault it once I was in for BGT day one evening session but I'm surprised I'm not I'll the length of time we qued in the cold!
A. T.
Visited the Palladium today for the Pantoland panto... The panto itself was a 5-star performance, a fantastic night out. If you get the chance to see it, I highly recommend it, celebrating the very best of panto, it was almost like watching the royal variety performance!
The theatre itself, at 6ft 2, for me was a little cramped for leg room. Ticket prices for the lower stalls can be rather expensive. Overall though, it's a classic old style theatre, plenty of character!
M. A.
Watched Ricky Gervais and had a great night. Great venue and helpful staff
R. M.
Beautiful place. Lots of history.
T. R.
Great night watching Britain's Got Talent and special thanks to Robbie who assisted us moving seats as one of our party has a fear of heights and we were in the Grand Circle so too high for her to relax and watch the show.
C. W.
Fantastic show. Donny Osmond was brilliant . Julian Cleary is the glue that holds the show. He is so funny. Lots of love to Nigel Havers the fall guy. Can't wait until next panto xx
M. P.
Clannad. My first and last gig. VIP meet'n'greet. Worth the wait and they will be missed....
L. T.
All the Staff I spoke to were very helpful, plus entering, & leaving the building was well organised & easy.
Loved the comfortable seat, & the ample leg room. Pantoland was a FAB-U-LOUS production, with a Wonderful atmosphere. I left feeling good & Very HAPPY 😊
L. P.
My favourite theatre, and the Christmas pantos are so funny! This year the usual suspects, the Tiller Girls, and Donny Osmond provided us with fab entertainment.
G. R.
Always a pleasure to visit this Theatre world class performances like the Beatles, Frank Sinatra nd many others. Great acoustic s and refreshments.
d. s.
Apart of the wait for tickets and to gain entry it was good experience
D. C.
Seats were very high but loved the show
D. I.
Easy to find and very helpful security great seats both times went to see pantoland
M. B.
My daughter and l went to see Pantoland at the Palladium last week. As ever the production was fantastic and the theatre, what a beautiful, old lady she is, not too big, just intimate enough and easy to get to on the underground. As always, a fabulous treat all round.
D. P.
The best pantomime in the uk. This was our second visit and we are already getting a group together for next year.
The cast and script this year was amazing. Julian Clarey puts his usual wit and innuendo on virtually every part of the script.
Donny Osmond is great and has lost nothing of his charisma on stage. Still loved by all the ladies.
Paul Zirdin and Sam are magnificent and one can only feel for the un suspecting couple he got on stage who rose to the part. Even Donny was left speechless when Sam said " I wish you had an off button"
Nigel Havers as usual was the true professional he is even dressed as a turkey.
Gary Wilmot did a sketch including every underground station. It had to be seen to be believed but truly wonderful.
Jac Yarrow and Sophie Isaacs I have not come across before but added great support in their respective roles. Very good.
The Tiller Girls. Still all legs and glamour. Very nice eye candy for us men. Thank you for that.
And finally Spark Fire Dance provided some enjoyable pyrotechnics.
A wonderful show with an adult theme which in most cases goes straight over the heads of children and Americans as we took our sister in law last time and did not understand the humour at all.
K. W.
Beautiful theatre, spacious seating and they have a varied programme of events.
S. W.
Its the Palladium, 5 stars all the way! Haven't been since a young child, Pantoland was brilliant and worth every penny!!!
J. H.
Beautiful theatre! 1 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube station.
K. B.
Quick to get in and easy queuing. No queue for the stalls bar despite being full again, overall a great experience. Picture is from stalls row R seat 5
G. J.
It's hard to judge the place in its own merits when you go to events there. It is beautiful, very well maintained and a place of legends. Love it.
T. R.
I cannot praise the staff working on 23/12/2021 highly enough. I experienced an error with my tickets for the show. The problem was resolved without delay.Allowing , the most enjoyable afternoon at the theatre.
G. l. S.
Absolutely brilliant what a great show starring Julian clary&donny osman ...only disappointing thing was the drinks prices £14 for a glass of Prosecco what a rip off
B. C.
A grand old theatre that takes you back. The only downside would be the seating. Built in the late 1800s, and redesigned in 1910, the seating was made for smaller people. Very difficult to remain comfortable for any length of time. Maybe the stalls would give more legroom, but I've only visited the Grand circle, and base my review on this. This is the only reason for 3 stars
D. N. T.
What a joy to be back in this glorious theatre again for Camelot tonight. Do you know, I'm always so impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of the staff here looking after us. As an audience member, I feel so cared for, safe, attended to, AND valued by all their attentiveness, good manners and provision.
Thank you Palladium Team!!

Definitely an experience that should be had. No need for details, watch a show and see what I mean yourself. Don't pull out your phone and record though, they are on you quick.
S. C.
Fantastic night at the Taboo 20th anniversary. Wonderful atmosphere. The circle floor was bouncing! Great staff team.
J. M.
Great Historic Venue. Staff were helpful and polite. Venue was very well organised. Went for Ricky Gervais and was a good night overall.
J. S.
Went to see Richard Ashcroft on Sunday. Great venue for music. Good seats in Royal circle. Palladium clean and well maintained. Only criticisms would be bar closed at 9.30pm and paid £22 for the equivalent of two pints of lager however in such a venue expected I would have to pay more.
d. h.
Great night.
Paul Heaton and the band put on a superb show in one of Londons greatest buildings.
P. P.
Great venue in the heart of London, very well organised, creating enjoyable experiences for the the audience. Only strange thing is the placement of some of the toilets, eg by the Grand Circle, which just creates congestion near the entrance/exit.
P. B.
Awesome Panto... You might think of Donny as a cheesy 70's throwback. You would be catastrophically wrong... What a performance! Phenomenal work from the entire cast and one of the greatest shows to grace the Palladium stage. I am going again...
L. L.
Visited on 29th December for Pantoland. What a wonderful afternoon. Congrats to absolutely everyone. It was our first ever panto, thank you for completing our Xmas.
S. F.
Watched BGT audions, great show.
G. H.
Fantastic show. So good to be back to live theatre. The Palladium is such an iconic location. 🤞 that no more COVID-19 restrictions to come.
J. N.
Saw Pantoland, with Donny Osmond and Julian Clary. Laughed all the way through! Brilliant!
p. v.
Gold experience is perfect. Away from the public & unrushed. Just don't be put off if they direct you to a queue, your at the front that's what you've paid for.
This a panto you won't want to miss it's BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!
J. J.
Was such a lovely day 💕 I loved the panto and the staff were lovely too but I only went there to see Donny Osmond as I was having a bad year and Donny cheered me up the whole performance was great
d. w.
What a great show laughed all the way thru
D. Y.
5 stars for Van der Graaf Generator, the venue, the seats are more comfortable than most, for a person 6ft 4... Drinks as for all London venues are over priced..
S. F.
Went to see Joseph in this fantastic theatre, so much history in one place. What a great show, lovely to see performers back on stage. You could see the enjoyment in their faces being back doing what they love. We'll done to all involved. Keep it up. Can't recommend this show and venue highly enough.
c. i.
Went to see the panto panto.
Haven't laughed so much in ages
Will definitely be getting tickets for next year.
Beautiful old theatre, really friendly helpful staff.
T. Q. N. (.
Nice building with small seats
Saw Madonna and Britain's got talent here. Very uncomfortable small seats.
D. H.
So good to be back with live music again and what a stunning performance by the orchestra, band and guests at Led Zeppelin Symphonic. Vocalists were on top of their game and everyone seemed to be having a great time. This was a Christmas 2019 present and I have waited too long to unwrap it. The Palladium was wonderful and the staff so friendly and helpful. The opposite of what I expect when I come to the Smoke. Efficient flow of people and never felt hassled or unsafe.
A. J.
Nice theatre, in the classic style, but in the circle there's not a lot of leg room, and I'm only 1m75. If you're taller, then book the stalls, unless you like leg cramps. Also, the circle is pretty steeply set out, with some pretty big steps to navigate! Again, if you have any difficulties with steep, deep steps, avoid the upper circle.
G. t. S.
My 5th Year, after 10 minutes I was already thinking when can I book for December 2022? Usual Cast were funny as usual & Donny was 1st Class 💖🎤🎵🎶 #puppylove #crazyhorses #legend
PS Caught Christopher Biggins too 🤳👑
O. B.
Theatre next to Soho, known for Beatles performances. Good for many occasions, watch Panto, Musicals, 2230 seats, National and international stars. Bar is thete.
s. g.
Great venue, easy to get to, sat in the upper tier which was a bit steep but view of stage was excellent
D. D. A.
Great place with decent seats and reasonable layout. All that you expect from a West End entertainment venue. Went to see Ricky Gervais recently and enjoyed his usual stand-up talents. Very easy to get to by tube & plenty of places to eat & drink near by. Drinks are somewhat pricey so consider going to a local watering hole beforehand. Good stuff all-in-all.
E. T.
Wonderful and magical; the theatre is steeped in the spirits of countless 'names' that have graced that world-famous stage.
g. d.
What a beautiful venue. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient with the Covid-19 info required. I attended but struggled with something due to a health issue and staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They made this night even more special after 18 months of no live music. Thank you
N. K.
Beautiful theatre, and Joseph and the amazing technicolour dreamcoat is fabulous. I sat in A3 which was an amazing view
S. R.
Very good. Still remember the songs from 20 years ago.
The crew gave a good performance too
S.
Went to watch Britain's Got Talent. The Palladium was beautiful, although the seats were not very comfortable. The leg space was that of economy flight. They had a bar which wasn't serving any drinks probably the show decision. The temperature inside was fine. It was a great experience overall.
A. K.
Lovely building and acoustics were excellent as you could actually hear every word and staff v helpful. My only gripe and it's probably just me, is that the musical we saw (Joseph) was just too loud, especially towards the end. I found it almost painful. It may because the singers needed to compete with the rising wall of sound from the audience clapping.
P. J.
Beautiful Theatre, show was brilliant, Paloma Faith is an amazing artist.
Great seats Box left FF. Other areas seats looked to have plenty of room.
A. S.
Great theatre, lovely staff and a fab show. Merchandise very very overpriced - otherwise would have been 5 stars
R. N.
Great theatre with plenty of easy viewing capacity. Helpful and friendly staff too.
W. J.
Donny Osmond was fantastic in Pantoland. He can act. He can sing and is also really funny when performing with Julian and Sam. On top of that he is a lovely and sincere human being.
R. O.
The Palladium is an amazing theatre, we saw Rob Bryan and he was so entertaining. Great flow of air too. Very few people wearing masks 😷
K. H.
What a show ,haven't laughed so much in ages .Came out of the theatre with my sides hurting .Donny Osmond was a absolute dream, he's singing out of this world. My friend and I were teenagers once more !
L. a.
Fun show actually coped with the stairs best pantomime ever only thing I didn't like it was high up seat not good on heights very helpful staff getting me to ground floor level !!!
L. M.
We were here to see Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on Monday evening. We were about to enter the building via the main entrance steps when a lovely young man asked us if we would prefer to use the step free access as he could see my mum was walking with the aid of crutches. Such a simple gesture, which made so much difference to my mum's theatre experience. Every theatre employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful, with nothing being any trouble at all. This made for a very pleasant evening at the theatre.
Absolutely stunning venue. So much character and history.
M. B.
Watched Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat here. Fabulous show and a full house. Getting in was easy, they checked bags and tickets outside. There were plenty of bars open to buy drinks and ice creams. Great atmosphere inside the theatre. Staff were friendly and efficient. This was our first show after 2020 and we felt very safe. Most people wore masks on the way in and took them off when they sat down.
J. D.
First time at this beautiful venue in several years and also first time during Covid. Very well organised system for entry and ran very smoothly. Lovely staff too. Good show too but I was a wee bit concerned at the audience on their feet and dancing at the end giving that the pandemic is ongoing.
H. L.
Saw the phenomenal Richard Ashcroft who was amazing. However it was so cold the whole time we were there we kept our coats in as did most people. This perhsps could have been due to ventilation for covid , its absolutely lovely venue!
T. P. C.
It was a bespoke moment celebrating the young people who have broken the circle and come out with success. The Prince's Trust support young people from 11 to 30 years old to make the best of life. Listening to some stories here today only goes to show that with a little support anyone can turn their lives around and achieve wonders.
Cheers to many more young people to help at the Trust.
E. W.
Great venue. Bit difficult to see the full screen when you're up in the Grand circle seating area however.
J. C. I.
The theater is an amazing venue for concerts, productions and plays with easy access to loading points behind the stage. The green rooms are mostly small but useful with a good equipment storage- basically large open space- under the stage. The venue als has two galleries and looks quite luxurious.
H. T.
We had an absolutely amazing evening watching Joseph. It was so joyful, colourful and funny. Just what we all really needed after the last 18 months Alexandra Burch was amazing in her role as narrator. Loved it!!!!!
S. H.
Whilst there are elements of the LP that are outstanding it suffers the same issues as many theatres of its time.
Seating is too cramped in the Royal circle and seats in front pressed against my legs throughout (I'm 5'11") corridors and bar area aren't equipped /spacious enough to deal with the volume of people. The bar prices are astronomical (£10 for a large white wine) and bar staff miserable.
M. O.
Show first class
Do not pre order your drinks for interval we did shambles
Go to bar plenty of staff available to serve u
E. T.
Went to see Led Zeppelin Symphonic concert which was marvellous. The Palladium is a grand theatre and when you walk up to the entrance you know its a special place. Take care during the interval because lots of people squeeze together going to the loo or for drinks so make sure you wear a mask.
A. C.
Brilliant. Atmosphere was good, seats were good and the show was excellent
b. B.
Great theatre, saw Rob Brydon, entertainment at its best. Worth every penny, real belly laughs and what a voice. Band were top drawer.
L. C.
We've had an amazing time at Pantoland this afternoon. The cast were brilliant with the amazing Donny Osmond. Well done👍💖
P.
Great venue for a concert. Seats Q22 & 23 were located quite central and had a great view of the entire stage. The toilets were sufficient in number for the venue and clean and security were relatively quick getting us into the venue. There were sufficient bar staff so there was no waiting. All in all a good venue.
M. C.
I saw Pantoland at the Palladium last night. It was a truly fabulous show and the Palladium is a fabulous theatre in a truly great location. I had the best night out. Perfect!
S. H.
Beautiful Theatre! Watched Ricky Gervais Supernature here!! Was awesome
T. D.
Had a wonderful day today at the London Palladium with Julian Clary Pantoland I laughed from start to finish I go every year and it never fails to deliver thanks to all the cast Nigel Gary and this year Donny Osmond who was Brilliant thank you all for bringing fun into a difficult time can't recommend this yearly panto enough the staff were excellent as well very efficient and organised 💖
S. B.
Went to see Joseph here. Sat in the upper circle, great seats, great view and sound was amazing
G. R.
Went to a concert. My wife needed access tickets and the staff were incredibly helpful in taking us to and from our seats. It made the experience extra special for those with disabilities
B. R.
Amazing Pantoland. Excellent customer service, as always. Great night out.
N. H.
Julian Clary was a brilliant showman as per usual. Missed the yearly pantomime for the last two years because of covid. Thank you for the generous offer of being invited back, due to Donny Osmond being off ill. Everybody was so entertaining, Gary Wilmot, Nigel Havers, the puppet man and singers and dancers were all exceptional. Julian Clary tho has been a favourite of mine since the 80s and his talent is on another level.
S. H.
Lovely grand old theatre. For short people....
Photo shows view from seat B44 in upper circle
R. S.
Amazing place with amazing shows 😊
D. M.
First time I ever seen anything at this famous old venue.
Lovely old fashioned and atmospheric.
Acoustics seemed spot on for the Steve Hackett (of Genesis fame) concert we had come to see.
Steep bank of seats down to the stage reminded me of sitting at the top tier of the East Stand at Stamford bridge!
Facilities seemed fine, and were efficiently organised.
Easy place to get to and get from being only a short distance from Oxford tube.
Try it out!
P. B.
An outstanding Theatre, friendly staff willing to go that extra mile to assist and make sure you have a great experience.
T. L.
Fantastic. Great to see all the favourites back on stage especially Nigel. Plus this year the wonderful Donny
J. G.
Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat was an amazing show and perfect for kids. The venue is a wonderful old theatre and should be experienced, but unfortunately due to its age doesn't have the best facilities or leg room. Not much can be done about that but if you tall perhaps get an aisle seat.
L. C.
The London Palladium Panto.
If you are looking for a traditional panto , with a baddie and a big finish wedding walk down, then this is NOT the panto for you. It is more of a variety show with very loosely linked panto characters.
So let’s start with the positives. The costumes are lavish , Julian Clary is fabulously camp and plays the adult humour exceptionally well at every opportunity- rehearsed or otherwise!
Paul Zidan and Sam added real highlights to the show and were laugh out loud funny for children and adults alike.
Donny Osmond- what a terrific showman . A consummate professional who brought the house down with an excellent retro set of some of his hits. He was absolutely fantastic in every appearance that he made on stage and for him alone , it is worth paying the ticket price. A real show biz legend.
NigelHavers was woefully underused and his self deprication and comic timing could have been made more of . The same could be said for Gary Wilmot , a great pantomime dame , who had very little to do. I think there are pantos out there with a more traditional feel and I would not recommend it for children, but would I go again, you bet your life I would.
M. C.
Great place to see a show not to big that the stage is to fat away no matter what seat you get.
j. O.
Just saw Ricky Gervais. What a legend. Only made more special by seeing him in this surrounding, this beautiful theatre close Up. Forget arena tours. See someone up close and personal at this amazing original theatre
K. M.
Pantoland at the Palladium was amazing and is worth the money spent! It was hilarious and full of adult humour that really does tickle you 🤣 the whole evening was great for forgetting everything else going on right now
A. M.
This was a childhood dream to go to the London palladium...seeing boyzone was an added bonus. My daughter and I asked if we could have a tour round and they were more than accommodating. We had a personal tour, learning so much history and getting to sit in the royal box...an absolutely awesome place...
L. H.
Wonderful time yesterday at the Magic of Christmas..but very disappointed that the wearing of masks wasnt monitored..when it was one of the safety factors written in your safety plan.
I appreciate you cannot force people to mask up but we were severely outnumbered by those not wearing masks .
Compiments on your staffing tho .
T. H.
Stunning theatre with great shows. Saw Joseph, good social distancing and covid measure and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Good sound acoustics and great view of the stage from my stalls seating.
‘. W.
Saw the Snow White Panto with Dawn French! AMAZING! I think I laughed throughout the pantomime! 🤣. I took my dad (who is The Grumpy Old Man) and he was also in fits of laughter 😁
I haven’t had this much fun or laughed this much in a very long time.
We also had the Champagne Experience. It may be expensive but worth it. No lining up for drinks, no waiting for bathrooms AND peaceful atmosphere in addition to the champagne, snacks and ice cream.
If I’m in London next year; I’ll go again
F. K.
Absolutely lovely theatre great shows. Only issue I would say is you are told 3 times by different staff/security to wear a face mask throughout your performance unless exempt and a lot of people just took their masks off once inside and nothing was said to anyone.
H. D.
Fantastic evening didn't stop laughing. Pantoland has the right mix of stars. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience.
m. b.
Great to see Live Music again. Bar served to your seats Could be better bsr selection. Some social distancing. Van .orrison was superb Beautiful zperiod interior to building
S. H.
Great concert, Rick Astley and KT Tunstall in support. Only negative is lack of legroom in the Grand Circle. I'm not tall but do have a "Dodgy" knee that didn't want to spend 2 hours bent as far as the seat in front required. An FYI for others. Yes, I'm getting old....
J. D.
Historic venue, pleasant surroundings- always enjoy a night in London - loads of people about, even midweek. Sound in the palladium is great.concert was fab!
A. W.
One of the best theatres I've been to. One observation they could have a few wider seats for us larger gents. Service was great and the show blew me away.
D. D.
Watched The Magic of Christmas here (with Ronan and Harriet) as a special pre-Christmas treat and were not left disappointed!
The voices of Emeli Sandé, Jamie Cullum, Mica Paris were outstanding especially James Arthur and Rag'n'Bone Man who's voices resonated on another level! Truly exceptional. The depth and power of their voices needs to be heard live in this arena to fully appreciate the experience.
As for Will Young, line 2 of his capella rendition of, "An All Time Love" and the tears welled up! Just beautiful. Incredibly emotive, solemn lyrics delivered to perfection. An outstanding performance in a magnificent setting.
Can't wait for next year!
d. n.
Great place for a concert, easy to get to on the tube. Seats are a little compact but due the age of the building expected. Acoustic is good and viewing is good wherever you are seated.
K. G.
Nice venue to watch a show with good alcohol selection. Unfortunately some of the staff are incredibly rude. We had seen Stanley Tucci and were all given a copy of his book on our seats. As we left, I was holding all of our books whilst my family walked out ahead of me. I was blantantly accused of taking books I hadn't paid for by a very rude staff member and was forced to explain myself and show the tickets. When I could prove they were not stolen, he turned his head and walked off. He then did this again to my mother. We felt humiliated.
m. n.
Very good experience Door staff pleasant and helpful. Bar staff friendly and chatty. Venue lovely
T. H.
Truly a jewel in theatreland matched by an all star cast at their best was glad to laugh long and out loud, thank you so much for giving so much joy in such a short time.
W. M.
Lovely venue, staff were amazing, noticed my mum had a walking stick while we were in the queue and helped with taking her to a separate entrance with a lift so she didn't have use the stairs, thank you to your team for noticing and offering help.
C. Q.
I saw del amitri there so worth any praise
D. P.
It was fantastic. Seeing donny osmond 50 years on. If u can go see panto land. Great cast.
S. P.
Beautiful old theatre in London, small chairs but, good views from every aspect. Can get warm in there. Do the most amazing shows, top night out!
C. N.
The palladium was great as always. Staff are great; bar service was much quicker than other venues.
N. B.
Great theatre venue. I went to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and had so much fun. I set at the grand circle and saw everything. The bar is great and the waiting staff are really nice.
B. E.
Went to see Pantoland absolutely brilliant really funny Donny Osmond was great did a medley of old Osmond hits the show is a must see the whole theatre was laughing
F. C.
A lovely theatre and much more comfortable than the last time I went there...more legroom..they must have moved the seats!
A. D.
It was my first time at the Palladium.
What a beautifull, amazing, historical teathre this is!
Everyone should go at least once to the London Palladium!
Artists as Frank Sinatra and The Beatles have performed there.
We went to see Morrissey, it was one of the best concert/show I have ever seen. The acoustics were excellent!
The staff were professional and friendly.
Great location too: it’s close to Oxford Street tube station.
Great experience!!!
C. R.
I love this old theatre with its aged decor, in a great location near to the Tube and eateries. The show, Joseph, was brilliant - congratulations to the whole cast.
h. s.
Wow what a wonderful building. From going in through the main door to sitting in the audience it was fantastic. Went to see Shakespeare's Sister and boy were we delighted. Whole experience was fab
x.
Went to see Dita Von Teese and it was amazing and the venue was beautiful and the facilities where all kept clean.
E. E.
Had a fantastic time at the palladium easy to get to , easy to find , well organised for C19 pass and checking bags , enjoyed pantoland Donny was fantastic so was the rest of the cast
D. P. (.
Stunning theatre. Bar prices are not too bad. Comfortable seats and we had a good view.of our show. Staff were friendly and helpful.
S. R.
Pantoland at the Palladium. Sublime. Julian Clary did not leave an entendre undoubled. And Donny Osmond, just wow what a performer. A fabulous cast and a lovely theatre. So much history.
J. R.
Went to see the Fantastic Dita Von Tease. An amazing show in an amazing theatre.
M. M.
One of the iconic London theatres, home of the Royal Variety Performance and numerous shows. Right next door to Oxford Circus underground station with loads of restaurants and cafes nearby (explore the nearby Soho area for its eclectic mix of shops, bars and restaurants). Best tip is to order your interval drinks before the performance as the bars can get busy although even queueing you should be back in your seats suitably refreshed for the second half. Interesting fact - Sir Bruce Forsyth's ashes are laid to rest under the stage.
R. B.
It's the Palladium. It's central to everywhere. It's large. The seats are spacious compared to a lot of old West End Theatres. Buts It's a theatre. The quality of the show will always be more relevant.
S. H.
Absolutely amazing
We came to see Collabro, great evening, amazing staff who looked after us
Being in a wheelchair you made us feel part of the show , thank you
See you for panto on 15th December
A.
Fantastic evening, 20 years anniversary of Taboo, friendly helpful staff, great show made even better with boy George appearance
W. H.
Classic London theatre cheap seats experience...mild vertigo but fun..
P. H.
Fantastic show go every year and always great. All the cast were brilliant
C. H.
Beautiful historic building, friendly and helpful staff. The seats in the balcony (not that I got any time to sit as I was photographing a concert) are old but well padded; ok if you're 5 foot tall (me), not good of you're 6 feet 4 (him).
S. P.
1st visit and what a wonderful old theatre this is, oozing charm and character.
T. W.
the London Palladium is a great theatre, but I could not set in the Dress Circle, sets very close together, so I couldn't bend my knees and very steep
C. T.
Great old theatre right in the heart of London
K. C.
Great splendour and atmosphere. Saw Go West 35years on. Great night.
M. G.
Lovely place but no space for legs, so if the show is long and you are tall ... you will suffer a lot!
R. F.
What an excellent concert venue.
Went to see Joe Jackson with a few friends.
Very easy to enter and reach your seat with the help of very friendly staff.
Great view and excellent sound.
Easy access to the bar, excellent service by Frankie who even offered to help carry my round of drinks to the seats.
Press ‘like’ if my review is of benefit.
L. M.
Attended Snow Patrol acoustic on Monday 13th September. Venue staff were fantastic in ensuring safety of public checking covid passport/lateral flow tests. They ensured you were in the correct queue and dealt with queries with politeness and efficiency.
Concert was amazing. The London Palladium was the perfect venue .
N. W.
1st time here it was ok right up.in the nose bleeds but last minute tickets so... security could take a chill pill. Shouting at someone for taking a picture, then after being told by one person to leave and re enter to buy merch. Was stone walled by "we have strict instructions not to allow re entry" christ get a life. No dramas got home and ordered what I wanted from amazon
V. K.
Lost my ticket between the hotel and the Palladium, staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating printing out duplicates for us.
s. r.
Fantastic iconic theatre in the heart of London
R. C.
Excellent place for a gig. Really good view from most seats downstairs (not tried upstairs). A bit of a sense of luxury.
M. J.
I saw Steve Hackett and his band from the back of the Royal Circle. The view was like a panorama, the seats comfortable and the acoustics first class. It took me back to the stalls years ago seeing Bob Monkhouse run on to The Palladium Roar, making one feel that this was The Theatre. Unique. With the cavernous stage housing the ashes of Bruce Forsyth below. and the ghosts of Val Parnell, Judy Garland and others circling above.
W. S.
We were here to watch Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, and had a fantastic time.
The bar prices are outrageous, presumably to stop people consuming too much and singing along and ruining the experience for everyone else. Shame I was prepared to pay those prices #embarassed
K. T.
Beautiful theatre with helpful, friendly staff.
Didn't use the bar but front of house staff were very good at organising everyone in and out of yesterday's performance of Joseph.
L. M.
Beautiful venue smack bang in the middle of Soho. All the classic lines of a traditional theatre, but brilliantly modernised inside. The bar area and corridors are spotless and finished really well. The auditorium retains its original features but the seats are clean and feel new, lighting capabilities are excellent and a brilliant sound system. A fantastic venue for stage shows or live music.
Pictures are from the magnificent Hozier gig on Monday 30th September 2019. It's the only venue that has made me explain out loud "wow" at the lighting of a show.
J. H.
Saw Here Come The Boys. Great show. Everyone socially distanced clear advice on masks. Felt very comfortable and safe.
A. H.
Fabulous experience. The staff, particularly managers Joe and Mike were so helpful and accommodating. They could not have done more for us last night, making our evening out to see Joseph just that bit more magic. Thanks guys!
K.
Fabulous show and more importantly very caring staff. I have mobility problems and I didn't even have to ask whether there was an alternative entrance. The gentleman at the entrance noticed and escorted us to the lift and signposted where the accessible facilities were and took us to the auditorium. Makes such a difference if you are made to feel valued and not made to feel like a problem. I will be emailing the theatre and congratulate them on the calibre of their staff.
J. W.
Absolutely marvellous place for great theatre, musicals & panto which is showing right now & it's a a absolutely fantastic show!
P. A.
Really lovely. My hearing aids packed up and the staff were really helpful. They managed to get an audio box for me. Thank you.
P. M.
Had the most fantastic evening the show was brilliant Donnny Osmond was fabulous and the rest of the cast brilliant too x
C. J.
It's right next to the exit from the underground station, easy to find. Even if you have to sit higher, you can still get a good view. We went to see The King and I, and I would highly recommend it for people of all ages.
J. M.
Very impressed with the attention to covid passport and negative LFT. Refusing entry to people who didn't have them, well done for keeping people safe. Pantoland was excellent
J. C.
The concert was great. staff very good with my disabled friend. Eg showed us were everything was.
S. X.
Great place. I went to see Madonna here. It gets really hot inside but the seats were comfortable and it’s a lovely venue.
The staff I found rather hostile as if they had better things to do that is the only downside I encountered. Lovely theatre
F.
Great service and venue. My friend has mobility problems and they dealt with this with admirably.
T. C.
Fantastic venue, brilliant show Ru Paul's Drag Race
A. R.
Seating from Row H and to be honest it was still good enough to see everything and its worth the price
J. C.
Went to see Dita von teaser fabulous experience. Great atmosphere.
W. W.
Definitely more like variety than Panto but that is fine. Julian, Donny, Gary Wilmot and Nigel Havers are really funny but the icing on the cake is ventriloquist Paul Zerdian with Sam - Hilarious !
D. F.
Such a beautiful theatre
L. L.
Just been to the Panto!! It was BRILLIANT!! The staff were very well organised and explained all the current COVID rules and everyone wore their masks.
B. W.
Steve Hackett concert. Excellent as usual, wish I could say the same about the seats. Old cinema style, get very uncomfortable after a while. Regular fidgeting required......
F. D.
Very stylish, beautifully decorated theatre ! It really hits you with vintage views and showcases iconic past artists!
L. R.
Really lovely place for a night out. We saw Richard Ashcroft there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will go again.
a. s.
Wonderful evening at watching A Question Of Sport Live
C. H.
Had a amazing experience last night watching Paloma Faith. I got to also say Sophie the manager was very helpful and accommodating and went the extra mile to help us
D. M.
Went to see Stephen Fry's Mythos. Excellent. Seats were great, atmosphere top notch (save for the darn Yanks who act like they've never been of their homes before), and staff at the Palladium were helpful.
The show itself was captivating, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. Stephen Fry is a true national treasure. Go see it somewhere if you can.
A. K.
Went to see Joseph. Show was fantastic cast were so enthusiastic and the energy was unbelievable. Fantastic show whole cast had great voices and gave 100% if you don't enjoy this show there is no hope for you. Theatre was really safe very good covid measures in place. Wonderful to return to the theatre.
J. L.
Ya it was great, lovely theatre with all the amenities expected and just off Oxford St. 👍
T. A.
Amazing venue, staff and of course the event. The bar needs more beer selection and the chairs are not for XXL people, but I was happy.
T.
Fantastic had a lovely time staff are super helpful
V. G.
We paid for the cheap, cheap, cheap seats to see the pantomine and had and had an excellent experience. Next year we will visit again probably pay a higher price. Julian Clarey and Paul O'Grady excellent, you can guarantee each show will not be the same. Each character was excellent and we enjoyed seeing our favourite character/actress from Benidorm. Everyone seemed very natural with no potence. Choreography if dancers excellent and a great inspiration to my daughter who enjoys dancing and now inspires to be a dancer in the pantomine.
An excellent experience x
We are looking forward to next year already well done to everyone an excellent performance.
S. E.
What a beautiful theatre, my possibly fourth visit, and as you walk through the door it oozes elegance. As always the Royal Variety Performance was amazing.
P. R.
Great show with amazing actors. Covid compliant except in the interval when people are eating and drinking?
N. M.
Great venue, just don't plan on drinking much unless you have plenty of money.
D. V.
Great service by staff. Royal circle seats fabulous and could have been in row H too for cheaper ticket but just as good.
A. B.
Amazing building and lot of history behind it. Found it very hot in there though, which stated it was well ventilated but with covid felt uncomfortable
D. W.
Great theatre with excellent views of the stage, the seats are a bit cosy.
L. G.
Really enjoyed the show, very organized venue. Seats are tight though
T. P.
Lovely show got tickets from letsallgo.co.uk fantastic business for great days and nights out..
R. A.
Watched Dita Von Teese on Friday fabulous show. In an incredible venue
K. M.
Wonderful theatre
Amazing show, Pantoland with Donny Osmond, loved it.
P. H.
One of the great theatre venues. Royal circle has great views and sound. Ushers and staff superb.
S. D.
One of the most famous theatres in the World with an amazing panto every year a d lots of variety acts throughout the rest of the year.
G. H.
Went New Year's eve to see Pantoland most enjoyable easy entry well organised for Covid 19 rules etc.
A. Z.
I saw the show Pantoland and it was excellent! 2 hours full of fun and laughter, I highly recommend it!
J. P.
Beautiful theater. Only downside was they cut off Madonna because of her performance lasting 5 mins past curfew.
M. 0.
(This review is about the theatre not the musical). I went last Wednesday, show was amazing etc etc. But if your tall, do not sit in the grand circle, no legroom and a poor view especially with a tall person sitting in front. I wish i payed extra for royal circle but nether the less it a brilliant historical theatre with class. :)

I visited the London Palladium to watch Rachel Bloom peform live, and the venue and it's staff were fantastic. Depsite there being long queues of teens and hysterical fans waiting outside before the show started, the staff and security managed to cohesively and quickly sort everyone out and get them sat down in good time. During the show, a woman who was sat almost directly behind me was very drunk and was constantly swearing and shouting. Immediately after the staff were alerted, they quietly managed to escort the woman out without stopping the show or distracting the audience around them. It was handled very well, and allowed the rest of the night to be enjoyed by everyone else. Great venue, and great staff.
M. B.
Excellent sound the architect is second to none. Employees were professional and friendly, the cripe only ran out of cold beers.
C. P.
Fun filled evening with the old guard Question of Sport characters. Loads of banter. Lovely theatre with plenty of conveniences.
D. M.
Had a great time but didn't feel like xmas they could have splashed out a bit on decorations
C. P.
Great venue for a concert. Nathan Carter was superb
A. B.
I saw Anathema last night and it really was a night to remember! I was flabbergasted, completely in awe, mesmerised by their wonderful voices!
G. F.
Spent the day with Britain's Got Talent auditions. Very well organised from beginning to end.
m. m.
A comfortable and happy experience with good views.
J. F.
Excellent theatre venue with many food outlets and a good bus and underground facilities nearby.
T. D. F.
Great Pantoland - great belly laughs thanks to the stars.
Good service. Well done to the staff.
C. B.
Lovely to be back in a theatre. Managed to catch the end of the Joseph run. Great fun. As with all old theatres the steps and levels can be tricky for those with reduced mobility.
B. R.
Donnys Las Vagas showmanship with Julian at al's naughty panto, what's not to like .
Thank you. At last there's something to smile about.
L. C.
Have seen two shows here this year; once with my mother who uses a walking stick and more recently with my wheelchair-user friend. My friend-on-wheels and I arrived 45 mins before the show started and gained access via the side entrance where we were met by staff who took us in the lift and up to the main waiting area and showed us where the accessible toilets were. A few minutes before the theatre opened he came and collected us and showed us to our seats. One seat had already been removed to enable my friend to remain in her wheelchair. After the show were were able to use the facilities before being collected again to be guided out to the street. We had absolutely no issues with the accessibility at the London Palladium. I would definitely recommend calling to book accessible tickets over the phone rather than online and just turning up as we overheard a small group of ladies had who all appeared to have mobility issues had. The staff were polite, patient and friendly. The venue beautiful.
L.
Went to see Joseph and the amazing technicoloured dreamcoat. The cast were outstanding. It was fun, entertaining, engaging and just sheer brilliant! Sheridan Smith stole the show. She was unbelievably good!!
M. H.
I think i had the best seat Grand Circle row M. Despite 2 tall people sat in front i got a perfect view
C. J.
Brilliant theatre as all seats have a good view of the stage
S. G.
Great location just round the corner from oxford Circus tube station. Good rest room facilities no long queues for the ladies! Seats in the Royal Circle had a brilliant view of the whole stage. The Levellers were as always amazing! Great show and for a great cause MIND. "There IS only one way"❤😁
B. P.
Great theatre and it was lovely to see a live performance again.
d. e.
Lovely London theatre with good views from all angles. Narrowish leg space. Helpful staff allowed us to move as my husband was struggling after a knee op. Great that there was a full house after so long. Almost next door to underground station so convenient.
GO AND SEE ALEXANDRA BURKE IN JOSEPH....A M A Z I N G!!!!!
S. B.
Fun experience with Donny Osmond and crew.. Shame about Julian Clary very ott with crude jokes.. there were children in the audience!!
M. N.
Was at the last night of Pantoland before covid closure. The staff were amazing, kept people apart and ensured masks were worn throughout. Panto great, felt very sad for staff and cast on closing ..
K. F.
Great show and looked like the right compromise between security and quick access on entry. Liked that the audience were asked to wear masks which is understandable as they had to suspend the shows for 10 days because of COVID.
S. H.
Fantastic show ☺️🙂 as always every year great turnout very funny
A. S.
The place to visit top concerts and venues all year round
A. S.
I went to palladium to watch Riverdance and it was Amazing!!! Doesnt matter where you sit in there you will have a brilliant view of the stage, there isnt much leg room so if your tall I suggest you get a front aisle seat. We bought a tiny tub of ice cream and it was £4 a tub, very pricey for drinks too. But overall a lovely theatre.
C. W.
Lovely old theatre but seating in the circle is not ideal for this generation's taller, more fidgety audience.
m. n.
The London Palladium was a lovely theatre, very comfortable seat's with very good leg room. Great view were we sat,we were able to see the stage pretty well. Staff were very polite and helpful, very quick at the bar.
J. T.
Visited to see Joseph which we enjoyed. Sat in the Grand Circle. Good view of the stage, but there wasn't much legroom. I would describe the seats as having restricted legroom, but they weren't classified as this.
M. S.
Great time, brillant show, front of the balcony still great view
K.
Attended matinee performance of Joseph yesterday with 2 friends. Have to congratulate everybody involved. It was exceptional in every way.
But I particularly want to thank front of house staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating, when dealing with a problem we had- (was our problem alone). We really appreciate the time and effort you went to in order to resolve matters. Many, many Thanks. You're a credit to the London Palladium.
The show was dazzling. It's great to be back.
s.
Great venue and the guys at the ticket office were really helpful.
C. S.
Great place to see live music. Great views. Staff were great. Love the interior.
F. L.
Wonderful Theatre! British architecture is a marvel and beautiful to experience the grandeur of the past.
A. W.
A little bit of history. Slightly faded in parts but views of the stage are good even from the top. Enjoyed the show & still has a lovely intimate atmosphere.
A. C.
Absolutely brilliant, if your going to Panto, you must do the one here... great fun !!!
P. H.
Told replacement tickets had been sent to me but after some discussion they agreed they had not sent them. No covid checks a d unable to socially distance. The show was excellent
s. l.
Shame I had to drag my partner away half way through as had a vertigo attack but the staff were amazing and even offered to seat us downstairs but all I wanted was fresh air such a shame but will definitely return
P. H.
Beautiful venue, staff were great but drinks are very pricey. Seats are small for a large person.
A. W.
This was the first Pantomime that I've ever been to. And it was an amazing experience. I throughly enjoyed it. The performances were outstanding along with the production values. Can definitely recommend as a great family outing. I'll definitely be going again!
S. F.
One of the best theatres in old Londinium town! Great place with great shows. Friendly staff.
P. T.
Brilliant Van the Man with Chris Farlowe. Weird with Covid-19 but drinks served at our seats with socially distanced guests all around. Perfect
K. T.
Show was fantastic. I can't say enough about it. It's my favourite. But the theatre was hot with a poor variety of drinks and snacks, and what they had was very expensive.
B. H.
Brilliant Pantomime, great cast, great performances, there was even a tiny bit of plot between the gags and double entendre. Fortunately 90% went over my daughters head. Really Enjoyed. Lovely old classic West end theatre.
k. M.
Just the best night! Atmosphere, people, informative staff and so easy to travel to. We went with the children for their first West End show. Many happy memories made.
N. S.
Just been to see Joseph. Fab night. Big shout out to the staff who were great and probably dont get a mention but are so attentive. Thank you. The show was brilliant too!!😀👍
R. W.
Iconic venue, but seats are crammed in so not advised for long performances.
N. C.
Fantastic theatre, great seats from all around!
F. a. J. F.
A lovely theatre, comfortable seating, good facilities and very good covid safety.
G. W.
Lovely and olde worldie. Seats comfortable. Good view all round
E. W.
Nothing but praise for the staff at the palladium! Very helpful and are nice people!
J. C.
Beautiful old theater with probably not a bad seat in the house. My wife and I enjoyed Taking in The King and I. We loved everything about this theater and all of the people we interacted with.
K. M.
Great venue great location made a spectacular performance from Paloma Faith all the more enjoyable.
T. Y.
I loved this show! Very funny and I enjoyed looking all the beautiful dresses and costumes.
L. F.
Great theatre. Leg room a bit tight- as in most London theatres.
E. R.
Loved this beautiful venue to watch Madonna perform her Madame X show (luckily it wasn’t cancelled right!)
So beautiful in there I was awe struck at the atmosphere and loved being so up close to the stage! What an amazing experience!
I had a ball, thanks London Palladium!! Woot
L. D.
Such a wonderful show!! Joseph!! Staff were fantastic, very well organised and very clean
My sons first visit to a grown up show and he loved the whole experience
n. 5.
Who doesn't love a musical. The venue easy to get to, had good seats. Although leg room was a bit lacking. Great time was had by all
K. P.
Loved watching Joseph at the London Palladium Alexandra Burke was amazing and Jason Donovan was funny
c. s.
I have been to lots of pantos and lots of west end venues but Goldilocks and the 3 bears at the London Palladium is hands down the best panto I have ever been to in the best venue. This place is iconic for a reason. The atmosphere is amazing. It is easy to get a drink. The seat pitch give you plenty of leg room. The list goes on. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
D. R.
A brilliant theatre that has it all mixing the historic traditions, architecture and decor with the modern facilities that provide dazzling stage techniques. This is where you witness the magic of theatre in all its glory while reminiscing about all the greats of entertainment that have trodden the board through the years. There are plenty of reminders around with billboard posters and photos etc. When visiting a must is standing down the front of the stalls and looking up at the decor... It's truly breathtaking.
A. S.
Great show, excellent views from our seats
R. G.
Joseph was amazing tonight (29-8-2019), the replacement narrator was amazing, pharaoh fantastically camp, and the Jack Yarrow was outstanding as Joseph. Venue was pleasant, comfy seats, nice friendly staff.. good access for disabled too.
N. w. k.
Great theater not far from oxford Circus. It has air conditioning which is appreciated in the summer heat of London. Drinks are reasonably priced.
Great view of the stage from the stalls
B. L.
Been to see Joseph, amazing production and Alexander Bourke was brilliant
P. “. 7.
The theatre is lovely with comfy seats and plenty of legroom. Very friendly and helpful staff they were even giving out umbrellas to those queuing outside in the rain.
C.
What can I say? A rich piece of London's History, offering great shows and performances throughout the year. With an efficient and friendly team looking after you from start to finish.
C. P.
Staff i encountered were mainly rude no please or thank you or common courtesy and refused to acknowledge one of my children who was babbling excitedly about this being their first ever london show. The only one that was helpful was the lady on the merchandise stall who helped with sizing for my almost adult son who wanted a tshirt that was labelled as womens. The performance itself was amazing though.
C. J.
saw rachel bloom on sunday, brilliant show, gorgeous place, seats were brilliant although a little cramped, especially if you are taller. such a lovely place to go.
R. S.
The show was great the staff are good and nice and the view was good
S. M.
Classic theatre with a long history of fantastic production in entertainment. Such a shame that the social distancing restricted the audience capacity. However "Here Come the Boys" was a brilliant show with some fantastic dancers from Strictly involved, worth seeing if it's on show again.
M. W.
Great theatre and I would recommend the Royal box
L. C.
Nice environment and lively place...Not far from the underground station...
J. P.
Great venue, good views always enjoy our visit here.
G. J.
Lovely friendly welcoming venue
R. H.
Glamorous historical building just a minute from Oxford Street Station. Since a capacity of the auditorium doesn't belong to the biggest one's, you almost feel like you are part of the show. Seats are pretty comfy. Bar selection is standard. Saw there Goldinlocks and three bears. Spectacular show.
S. S.
Excellent venue and has a large capacity.
Grest location...very close to Oxford Street!!
G. N.
What an beautiful venue
Z. B.
Another brilliant panto!! Covid restrictions fully in place. Well organised & safe venue.
C. J.
Actually a very good sound system for an old place. I very much enjoyed Mr Steve Hackett from very old Genesis fame. He can sure play geetar....!
N. G.
Excellent theatre! Went to see Snow White the pantomime with Dawn French & Julian Clarey. Really funny! This was the view from stalls G40 & 41, supposedly restricted but didn't feel so at all. Large wine was about £9.
S.
Roos Noble brilliant as ever. just the ticket belly full of laughs🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
J. R.
Quite a nice theatre not as big as I thought...
c. g.
A lovely theater, great performance and amazing staff working in difficult times.
T. S.
Lovely venue and excellent service
R. R.
Sitting in the grand circle and the seats were terribly uncomfortable, no leg room, feet went dead. I'm sure under regulations this ain't allowed. But the theatre is lovely and a bit of anti climax but other than that show was ok!
B. P.
Beautiful venue and enthralling panto each year (geared more for adults)!
S. A.
World famous venue, superb COVID precautions enforced throughout the show. I felt safe and had far better views as a consequence.
Great to be back supporting live music again.
J. I. c. v. s. z. x. x.
Brilliant went to see Joseph. The show was fantastic. Got there early so had 5 Guys which is next door
S. R.
Wonderful, old, historic theatre with very good facilities.
T.
Fairly descent venue with spacious seatings and right in the middle of city making it easily accessible via public transport. Wouldn't recommend driving there as parking options are a bit bleak
A. M.
Large West End theatre with rowing roster of concerts, pantomime and musical theatre.
Some of the sightlines from the Grand Circle and the back of the stalls are not the best - but these tend to be cheaper options.
Note :rear stall seats are sold as "full view" when in reality the top half of the stage is blocked by the balcony above
C. F.
Wonderful theatre, enough staff serving at the bar made for a relaxing interval. Always amazing shows
S. B.
Very good view however lots of stairs to get 2 upper seats
S.
Wonderful show at a wonderful venue. Staff are helpful and professional.
A. S.
We went to see the King & I. Wow what a show. The venue is lovely, a grand old building. Service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the whole experience. We will be back.
I. M.
One of the great theatres with special ambiance.
N. M.
Never been before, would highly recommend, if you suffer from vertigo though don't get sears in the grand circle 😉
D. B.
Very helpful and friendly front-of-house staff provided the perfect polish to a brilliant evening. Don't make the mistake of leaving through the Ramillies Place exit though - it dumps you in the middle of a narrow road in the midst of traffic miles from anywhere. Horrible.
C. R.
Saw Camelot showcase here, brilliant. Beautiful venue
M. M.
Great show at this time of year Pantomime season with Julian Clary and Donný Osmond
A. T.
Fantastic performance I went to ,when I have saved more money I would go again
C. A.
We were very lucky to get to see this year's panto. The show itself was fantastic. So so funny. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Such a wonderful experience.
Hopefully we will get on top of covid and get the stalls and circles full once more.
C. C.
Very spacious and amazing show. Will come again!
A. D.
Absolutely awesome show (Joseph). One way systems are very confusing and nobody checked we'd taken a covid test. Lots of people took off masks during the show.
Z.
Went to watch Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat on August Bank Holiday Monday. Absolutely loved it, great atmosphere and amazing theatre.
S. M.
Unbelievable show, the whole team were amazing.
S. W.
The Palladium was beautiful and well managed. They took great precautions in regards to COVID-19 and Ricky Gervais was awesomely hilarious!!
N. D.
Excellent experience seeing Joseph at Palladium. Staff very friendly, seat had tonnes of leg room (N1) with no one in front and an excellent view.
T. H.
Great theatre..would be slightly better if you could pre-order drinks for the interval. Otherwise beautifully maintained and restored.
a. p.
Very busy .very few mask worn. Although everyone had 1pm when they went in .also covid tested .very poor
M. M.
Went to the Pantomime, Snow White. Amazing costumes, excellent cast left us feeling very Christmassy. The theatre decor is starting to look a little 'tired. But it is still the best in London and has a wonderful atmosphere.
J. B.
Impossible to navigate between floors and by time we'd exited the stalls for the interval, it was time to head back.
