Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly, it took ages to pick the perfect set and they helped me patiently. So nice to have little shops like this where you are treated like a friendly neighbor (:

S.Visited to fix my amplifier and was welcomed in and just told "come back in 30mins". I came back in 25mins and it was fixed and ready to go. They even fixed another issue free of charge and for a great friendly price. I will be returning here for any technical issues and personally recommend this store. They also have great equipment for anybody.

Off to a heart-breaking start in the Richmond branch way back in the eighties with a camera but ever since then the company has been one of those surviving places that warms yer heart, just knowing it's there to go and visit.
Invaluable, when it comes to finding a retro piece o' kit and goid bargains to be had on current stuff also.
Ye gotta be quick though!
I can't comprehend the few negative reviews, all I have to offer are positive ones. 👍

G. K.Lovely experience every time, that's buying, selling or exchanging...Shops like X-Electrical make an area worth visiting, all the rest is the usual plain and depressing chain giants you can't escape in any suburban high street these days!
