On a business level, Zen will be good to you. Robert speaks his mind, considers his pricing and keeps things clear and above board; straight and simple. Don't bother nipping round the corner to check Discogs prices on your phone - you are in safe and genuine hands.
I've also done vinyl exchanges with him and have left feeling very happy.
Do yourself a favour and make the trip up there - it's on the Victoria line - support what HAS to be the most atmospheric record shop in London to this day.
