J. B.I had a local gig at the Ritz in Manchester, unfortunately I had a few issues with the kit I normally use and couldn't use it! With only 6 days to get a replacement I decided to rent a kit from Big Fish as a quick solution. I sent an email across, explaining everything I would need and within the hour I got a reply from Dickon who had attached a full breakdown of everything I'd be hiring along with the pricing of each item and a total - which was more than reasonably priced! I went to pick it up on the day of the gig, I arrived and everything was ready for me to take in well looked after cases and bags. Dickon checked a letter I had taken with proof of my address and a card for payment.
The kit was in perfect shape, the skins were in superb condition, as was the hardware - I had absolutely zero problems setting up and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's not often I hire a kit but for the times I will without a doubt be using Big Fish.
