Very impressed with The Violin Company. I recently made 2 orders online, one for a case and one for the strings and shoulder rest. I emailed and asked I they could combine postage on the two orders, they emailed back to say yes. I received a second emailed explaining the case I had ordered wasn't exactly the same as the picture on the website, plus a recommend a alternative case, that was better quality and cheaper than the one I had selected. I accepted the advice given. The parcel was dispatched on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. The Hidersine case is great quality and is perfect for what we need, strings and shoulder rest are also great. A very positive experience of a small business, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy to recommend.

Very professional and helpful company. I've never played a violin, and wanted to rent one. I'm glad I did, as it means I can learn it, and if I lose interest I can send it back. Chloe was very helpful and the violin arrived quickly and well packaged. I'm very much enjoying using it!

They are brilliant. I have used the Violin Company for 8 years, firstly renting, then purchasing a higher-quality violin, and various accessories. The violin arrived perfectly set-up, with the bridge in the correct position and the tuning pegs exactly right. Whilst I was renting, i hadn't realised that i had missed a payment through PayPal as my card had expired. Dave was understanding about it and all was resolved. Excellent, prompt friendly and helpful.
