Very friendly owner helped me find a Stones album I was after, great selection! To get to the shop you go through the furniture store and it's the top floor. Great selection of 45s aswell 👍

Took me a while to find it as it's not signposted. You have to go through another shop. Vinyl Underground is a lovely shop, word of mouth clientele, loads of good stuff, good prices and the geezer working there was enthusiastic about music and vinyl. They have a warehouse with more records and encouraged me to give him names of tunes I needed to see if he had them. Plenty of pubs nearby to have a pint after.

Ordered online to an EU country as they had some items in stock I was looking for. The shipping was fast but contained one wrong record. after sending an email I not only received an apology but they also shipped the correct record for free and let me keep the other one. That is what I call good service. I will do business here again.

(Translated) A record shop in Northampton. We have a large inventory. Although it was purchased online, he kindly and politely responded. There was an immediate apology and refund for the fact that one of the three purchased was out of stock. For shipping overseas (from the UK to Japan), he sent me a sample to fill in the invoice in advance to make sure that my name and address of the destination were correct, and tried to prevent erroneous shipping. .. It took 9 days from shipping to arrival. The shipping packaging was a cardboard packaging exclusively for records, which was packed so that the records would not bend or break. Also, I was very grateful that new sleep paper was included as a service. It is a shop that I would like to use if I have the opportunity. (Original) ノーザンプトンにあるレコードショップ。豊富に在庫を取り揃えています。ネットでの購入ですが、親切・丁寧に対応してくれました。3点購入した中で1点在庫が無かったことに対して、即座に謝罪と返金について説明がありました。海外への発送（イギリスから日本に）のため、送り先の私の氏名と住所の記入に間違いが無いか、事前に送り状に記入するサンプルを送ってくれて、誤発送防止に努めてくれました。 発送から到着まで9日間かかりました。発送の梱包はレコード専用の段ボール製の包装で、レコードが曲がったり割れないように梱包してありました。また新品のスリープ用紙がサービスで入っており、大変ありがたかったです。また機会があれば利用したいお店です。
