L. T.Great selection of Blu-rays, DVDs and music! Went in for a browse and ended up £60 poorer. At least I got some cool new films and TV shows to watch though! :)
O. L.Pretty standard HMV, full of pop culture items and music/films. Always tend to have a look around just out of curiosity, but don't tend to buy much. Can't fault it though, staff always friendly and the shops generally clean and well kept.
M. H.Clean and well stocked. Loads of staff around to help if needed and no queue to check out. Lots of different things that you can buy, not just CDs, films etc. Have a great selection of vinyl.

J.Love HMV. One stop shop for games, music and so much more. The shop is sometimes chaotic and there is sometimes a wait to be served, mainly be for Christmas. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

O. S.hmv is a very spread out shop with its genres and product types grouped very well. They offer loads of style of fictional reading along with its films and series. There is a good blend of classics and new releases. There is manga and anime for those who like it along with Japanese snacks to buy and try. For the collectors there is plenty of products to select, especially with the mystery boxes that are sold. Overall a good store with staff who share a passion for what they sell.

l. r.It was nice and easy just had a few people in front of me waiting to go in. Once inside the shop assistant pointed me to the hand sanitiser and offered me some paper towel. Couldn't find the CD i was looking for. Asked a member of staff and she was really helpful. She had a look on their database and showed me the CD was on back order and to come back in about a week as more should of arrived by then or call the store to save me a trip. Will shop here again

G. G.HMV has upgraded in Norwich! Their store is bigger, and planned out much better than before. The sections are well defined and easy to find. Now a top tier shop for pop culture goods - HMV has evolved beyond being just a music shop, though it still has a large variety of music products including headphones and records.
B. H.HMV Norwich is seemingly a huge fan of 'Hide 'n' Seek' as it loves to change locations in the city and chortles as you search for where it's got to.
Currently - although may have moved by the time I've finished typing this - located in Chapelfield (or whatever Chapelfield is identifying as this week) at the very far end near Boots, HMV is eternally perfect for window shopping. Recommended for visiting whenever you're feeling down, as one look at the prices will have you howling with laughter.
Check out the products up close in the shop then go and buy them from Amazon as it's a lot less cheaper. Sorry HMV but it's the truth. You've priced yourself out of the market.

D. G.One of the best HMV's I've visited. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. A good back catalogue selection on CD and a good smattering of the more obscure new releases. Their choice of staff picks being played over the PA introduced me to 2 new acts and generated purchases.

D. F.Lots of choice in terms of everything to do with your visuals and audios with items such as speakers and ear buds as wells as headphones for sale here. Obviously a wide range of DVDs and CDs for sale here as well both old and new titles. They also have a poster deal aswellcwith decent graphics, 3 for 9 pounds. Great to go if your missing a DVD for your collection or planning on starting a collection! Staff friendly also.

Very pleased they added more CD selection now especially after the main store closed a few years ago. I prefer to shop in store, but still looking for a bargain. I have to understand its different with online shopping for music, a bit/lot cheaper. That's the choice we have these days but like to support the high street stores. Friendly staff and good opening hours too.

I will say though sometimes there are too many dvds squished onto one shelf - it was quite hard to pull them out and look at each one, and then this made it difficult to put it back also. Other than that - have a look as it's a great shop.

They not only know their products but took time to find out what I wanted from them and to find the best match. The individualized advice and customer service was much appreciated and I would highly recommend the store.

K. 7.It's got music, it's got movies and books. It's got a few failed rock stars for staff! It seems to have a constant sale. There is no space to walk and every 14 yr old emo/SoundCloud rapper gets in the way. Other than that great. Oh and the odd hottie can be seen in there occasionally.

M. L.Yes, it's HMV. We all know what they do. However there always seems to be something special about the Norwich store: the staff. Everyone always welcomes you, smiles, seems genuinely happy doing what they do. The recent (large) extension to the vinyl selection which racks everything in crates to dig in is dangerous to those of us with little or no will power.
P. O.Absolutely first class staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Not many shops like this one left on the high street. Vinyl is well worth a look. Go on, help save this shop. Highly recommended.

B.Been visiting HMV for years now, always like to go in even if it's just to browse. There's everything you'd expect in a shop like this, DVDs, CD's, books and even some console games. Always worth going in.

H. S.Went there for Wireless headphones, and staff couldn't have been more informative about the products. No attempts to upsell a more expensive product, they told me facts and their honest opinions, and even gave me a chance to try certain models before I bought. Great experience shopping there.
B. H.Amazing on stocks as has pretty much everything you would ask for! Only thing is they do have some deals that are really great however some of their prices are extortionate compared to some other places you can buy the stuff. If they didnt price up as much then would be alot better but when it is a huge amount above average price it's a bit silly..
D. M.Fairly standard HMV. Good size and have always found what I've been looking for in here, and for a good price. I once bought a box set of my favourite show here for £30 when it was £70 on Amazon so I was pleased to say the least.

P. J. P.HMV.......is the only music/DVD store in Norwich City Centre that does the new, current releases. They have got all eras of music and film and TV covered.....from old time classics up to date. Staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the entertainment ranges covered.

h. S.Fab show. But sat in S15, so a really bad view even after having to stand with everybody doing the same. The seated area is high and steps tricky if not used to heights. The venue needs some TLC and more loos, as lots of people already said in reviews.

P. R.I hope that we don't loose HMV from the high street. Back in the day I used to buy many many DVD's and CD's from there. Even now I still like to look and often snap up a box set or two.
m.They keep putting the worst albums by the artist as the best, I always go there to improve it, but the workers always change it back, all the time I've spent in there I think I should get payed fixing the albums.
S.Even though numerous places now sell cds and DVDs I still like to go in a specialist shop - which obviously has more more choice.

If you've been in one HMV you've been in them all and this is no exception. Prices are normally quite good and sometimes comparable to shopping online. Don't let the high street die peeps! So come to HMV and pick yourself up the latest LP from your favourite boy band!
Chapelfield has good car parking facilities and a nice well looked after toilets.

C. M.While i would agree that online gives you more choice, the experience of going into a shop is irreplaceable. Cambridge used to have a HMV, but no longer does. I am glad that their is still a shop in Norwich, i have had nothing but good experience with them. Both over the phone and in person, the other reviews are unfair. I hope both online and highstreet shoping can continue function together.
