He recently stripped and cleaned my tenor , fixing several issues, and returned it playing 110 % , in a very reasonable time. Cannot recommend his service or repair standards any higher.
R. H.Possibly the best music service in our region. They have been my sole repair and servicing professionals for my alto over some years. On holiday in France, my sax was damaged and as I was playing gigs, I had to get it repaired by a local, highly-recommended specialist. He returned it still barely playable. Back in Norwich, Mark sorted it out very efficiently and at a fair price. He also advised me on a metal mouthpiece which proved to be perfect and helped give me the clean bright sound that I was seeking. Also, they pay the same careful attention to the smallest purchase as they do to the larger ones; the key factor is their good advice.
