Clements Pianos is one of the most wonderful shops I have ever been to. Their range of pianos, new and used, is impressive. But for me it’s the staff and the showroom that shine. The acoustics are fantastic and the staff have so much knowledge and take the time to make you feel valued. Also, the guarantee on a used piano is very nice to have. I went to check out a new upright blüthner and bought a humble challen. The point being that whether i spent 10000 or 1000 pounds the staff care was the same. I’m based in London and the delivery charge from Nottingham was reasonable and the couriers were very careful. When it came to obtaining my first tuning, Clements took care of it and a small issue i had with some action noise. I don’t go in for ratings and feedback as a principle; Clements is an exception.

Beautiful showroom with a huge range of stunning uprights and grand pianos. The staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. Would definitely recommend and will go back next time I upgrade.

Very helpful, excellent choice of pianos. Staff sent us away to think about what we wanted. Not pushy sales people. We went with the intention of buying there and then, they advised us to think hard of our future benifits and what we actually want to achieve snf gain.
