Recently recorded a full band live session at Mount Street - absolutely amazing space and the engineers are pretty damn good. Great turnaround time and they've been really accommodating to feedback. The session went without any issues - we recorded 3 tracks, running through each one about 5 times to get enough camera angles. The masters sound great! As well as the technical capabilities of these guys I also have to mention they made us feel at home right from stepping through the door which made us all massively comfortable and contributed to the whole session running super smoothly.

This studio is great! I had the pleasure of working with Charlie last night who was absolutely fab. I had never been into a studio before and he was super patient with me and supported me in setting up and sorting my tracks out. He explained everything really clearly and made me feel so comfortable. The studio itself is lovely - very clean, well organised and so much equipment! I will definitely be going back to Mount Street Studios in the future and would recommend it to anybody looking for studio space to rent. Thank you Mount Street Studios for being amazing!

As a session musician and producer, I honestly believe that Mount Street Studios is the best recording facility in the Midlands. I have had the pleasure of working on several sessions at the studio, and I always have the confidence that myself and any clients I work alongside will be comfortable and taken care of - in the form of everything from top-end recording equipment, to simply a good cup of tea. Mount Street operate effectively within the balance of a facility that has immense technical capabilities, whilst also being an atmosphere that inspires creativity within a relaxed enviroment. My first visit to the studio was to record drums for the playback content of a UK Arena Tour. My recording engineer and I were brilliantly taken care of and the session ran perfectly smooth, facilitated excellently by Charlie at the studio. Following this, and due to Mount Street's excellent service, I brought in a fantastic Nottingham artist to record vocals for an upcoming single. He absolutely loved the atmosphere in the studio, and I loved being able to utilise world class gear to capture every detail. This studio is absolutely excellent - for seasoned professionals looking to cut serious material, all the way to a novice trying out their first demo, Mount Street is a friendly, relaxed and welcoming studio, with top of the range equipment and expertise on hand. I can't recommend this place enough! Massive thanks to Charlie and the studio team for always being on top of their game and making me feel welcome every time.

From the first point of contact I have been so happy with Mount Street Studios. They are professional, reliable and friendly. Leading up to the studio date they ensured we had everything we needed to be able to find the venue and follow the covid-19 regulations in order to have a successful recording session. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming, friendly guy who showed us to our studio, gave us coffee and tea ( 5** just for that!!). We felt that he had time for us and asked us questions after the session about our releases, how we got on with the session and even messaged us after to thank us and ensure we had a great session. The studio itself has everything you could need and is split into a desk room, kitchen area, vocal booth and 2 larger rooms for drums, guitar etc. It was very clean and had high quality equipment which I still have yet to find in Nottingham. The prices were very reasonable and we can not wait to come back for our future recordings! Thankyou!

The guys at Mount street have been brilliant, engineering and mastering my EP. We booked in with absolute ease and I felt very comfortable with asking any questions, no matter how silly they sound. The studio has a great vibe, professional yet chilled, which is perfect for a long day in the studio. We received everything back really quickly and are so so happy with everything! I could write pages about this studio! But I'll keep it as short as I can. The environment, the equipment, the finished product is all top notch! But, most importantly and easily the best part, is the genuinely nice guys who are behind it all. Charlie and Fred helped me out so much with making my music the best it can be, and can't thank them enough! And Alicia has been brilliant with making the whole admin side of the process as easy as it can be! As far as I'm concerned I won't be using another studio any time soon! 110% recommended.

Spent a day tracking drums and vocals recently. Seriously impressed with what these guys have achieved in such little time, and finding a place to record using proper vintage analogue gear at the price we were charged is amazing. Warm and welcoming engineers and interior design to match made the perfect relaxing environment to capture the best takes, not to mention their professionalism on the job. Before I started my internship I had very little recording studio experience but now feel comfortable with helping the boys run a session! Charlie and Fred are extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic in what they do which made the learning process so much more fun and interesting.
