Excellent, I've had numerous works done on many of my bass guitars by Kathy and Jenna who are easily the best luthiers in the midlands if not the country. From headstock reshapes, to electrical re-wiring, re-sprays and scratch plate creation, all of which were done with expert precision, care and knowledge. All the works done survived a heavy cross-country touring scheduled and still look and sound as good to this day as they did on the day I visited the shop. Tremendous company, highly recommend Kathy and Jenna to anyone requiring customisation or creation of any stringed instrument 👌

I have used Xperience Guitars on a number of occasions for multiple repairs and upgrades and every time their work is second to non. They always give you a consultation before any work is carried out so that you can discuss what you want doing and they can recommend how best to achieve the results you want. They are extremely knowledge and I always feel that my guitars are in the best possible hands. I have had my frets levelled, a bridge installed and slotted and pickups installed, every time my guitar comes back from them better than when it went in. Cant recommend their work enough.

I had my beloved No 1 30 year old telecaster re-fretted and set up here and I could not have wished for a better service. We talked through exactly what was needed and then got exactly what we agreed. A really good team that I will use again and again. Highly recommend this business.
