I am no guitar player so I cannot speak for their equipment but what I can tell you is their customer service goes above and beyond. A week before Fathers Day I finally came up with the perfect gift for my husband (which I might add is the father to two sets of twins so he deserves anything he wants) - the Texas Twang pedal. He has spent many nights watching YouTube videos on this pedal and talked about it a lot but never went through with purchasing. He doesn't spend much on himself so I though this would be a great opportunity. However, I didn't realize they came all the way from the UK to the US. I franticly reached out to Pedal Pawn on Instagram on a Saturday night asking if they had expedited shipping options not realizing it would travel so far. They replied within minutes saying they would upgrade my shipping and promised it would arrive in time for husband for Fathers Day. Sure enough it is Wednesday and it arrived on my porch! They were nothing but friendly and eager to help. I would definitely encourage anyone wanting a pedal to shop through Pedal Pawn if you want a 10/10 customer service based experience.

First off let me say Chris King Robinson is a monster player, so I already knew he knew what he was talking about when he recommended the Fuzz pedal to me. The customer service aspect was brilliant keeping me informed with where he was at with my order every step of the way. The fuzz pedal is incredible easy to use 2 knobs and a stomp switch and doesn't take up much pedal board real estate so to speak. Thick fuzzy Hendrixian lead/rhythm tones and when you roll back the volume on your guitar you slip right into SRV territory Tin Pan Alley/In Step vibes a plenty. The Pedal just sits there and dares you to play it and every note just makes me smile. Want Fuzz? Speak to Pedal Pawn. Nuff Said.

awesome fuzz pedal. THE best to get that SRV clean sound with the volume rolled back! Chris is brilliant to deal with. I've also got a couple of other pedals from him in the past and its always been a great experience

Pedal Pawn Fuzzface is the best fuzz I’ve ever used. Normally play germanium because the clean up when rolling back your volume knob is the best...but this Fuzzface is silicon and cleans as well or better than any of my others. I leave it on for 80% of my playing..clean to scream with just your volume knob. Most silicon are harsher and don’t clean up like this...really inspiring pedal!

Best fuzz pedal i've ever played ! It cleans up in a way that i have never heard in another fuzz pedal. You get that beautiful glassy SRV tone instantly by rolling down the volume knob on your guitar. When you turn it up, it screams "Jimi" in your face. Chris really nailed it with this pedal, i couldn't be happier

Second time I deal with Pedal Pawn, and I can now safely say you won't get better service and nicer communication than with this team of passionate people. The best out there ! So here’s my feedback on your fantastic Pedal Pawn Fuzz : - Yes it definitely does give that great coveted clean tone, but what is more striking to me, an extremely SPARKLY one ! Which is what really puts this pedal apart from my other Fuzz Face type of pedals. I’ll be very picky here, and focusing on microscopic details and very subtle nuances, but as a reference point, my beloved germanium Fuzz Phrase for instance is definitely cleaner, but certainly not as sparkly. I'll use the two pedals for two different purposes. (Also I know it’s never really fair to compare pedals that are so close, but it just makes my point clearer). Back to the clean sparkly tone of the PPFuzz. I have to admit it took me a few minutes to find it. At first I was excepting to get it even with the volume and fuzz controls all the way up, but figured out the sweet spot was at around 9/10 on each control. And then, when set this way, it’s magical indeed ! The sweep it has with the rolling down and up of the guitar’s volume knob suddenly becomes more wide, and allows many nuances, from sparkly clean to crunchy to distorted to very fuzzy. Nuances I didn’t get with the pedal’s knobs rolled full on 10/10. With this set up, the sweep I experience is less wide and goes straight from distorted to fat fuzzy. But I guess the reason is that this pedal is specially tweaked by your team so as to have this potential, when pushed full on, to chop any mountain down with the edge of the player’s hand !!! - Because yes, when pushed full on, it absolutely blows everything away 🤯 It is an extremely powerful and aggressive fuzz ! But in a good way, and I absolutely love it. Because even when full on, as aggressive as it is, it stays warm. And at the same time it doesn’t get mushy, but on the contrary very defined and bright. I have no idea what secret sauce you poured on this circuitboard, which enabled you to encapsulate in one pedal the possibility to go both that clean and that fuzzy, both that sparkly yet soft and that aggressive yet defined and clear ! But you did it, and it is wonderful 🙂 I think, in that sense, it makes your PP Fuzz the most versatile and polyvalent Fuzz Face type of pedal I now own... (I put the Roger Mayer Visage and Kingtone Si-Fuzz aside here, because they have multiple knobs, selectors, trimmer or jumpers, so it is not fair to compare. The magic in your PP Fuzz is that is offers such a great range of tones with only two knobs !). - In terms of harmonics and note definition, I especially love the way it preserves (and even enhances) the harmonics of every note played, all over the neck. Makes the overall tone richer, reveals your guitar's soul. With the fuzz full on, I was surprised to find how much it allows to play chords, even complex ones, and not lose every note of the chord in a chacophonic muffled mess. Also I love how sensitive/responsive/reactive it is to the nuances in the guitar playing. Makes everything shine bright, quiet and discrete as well as loud and proud. Which leaves no place for any mistake in your playing, and forces you (I mean me) to concentrate on playing better 😜 - And of course, there is the price tag... Given the fact we are talking about a 1st class pedal, it is crazy to find it at such an affordable price !!! But I’m certainly not complaining 😆 What you did here, Chris, by creating this pedal with your team, is a great thing for musicians, and in this respect, for Music in the end. It is a thing of quality, and most importantly maybe a true source of inspiration. So once again, congratulations to you and your hard-working team, and thank you for everything !
