Very helpful staff. I phoned late in the day with a technical query about an E-drum kit which the lady on the phone couldn't answer, and then received a call back next morning from the drum specialist as I'd been promised. I'd already found the answer to my question via the Roland web chat system by then and had ordered the drums. The kit was sold at a good price and was with me 36 hours later. Based on my experience - highly recommended.

Just wanted to say thank you, in particular to Ant, for giving us a great deal, fast replies and delivery and I’m over the moon with my TD27KV2 drum kit. I bought this for £300 cheaper than anywhere else I could find as a bundle with some Roland hardware. We contacted 2 other companies at the same time, and by the time they replied to say no deals were available, I'd actually received my new drum kit. Superb service !

I was looking for an Audio interface & met Lee and Ant. They new every answer to every question I asked about them. I left with a better and cheaper interface that I originally went in to buy. If your into audio DJ/Producer/musician this is the place to go.

I ordered a set of studio speakers from this store. Unfortunately, the courier failed to knock or leave a note regarding the delivery and it appears that the parcel was stolen from my doorstep. After back and forth with DPD and lots of stress I thought I would never see the speakers or money again. However the guys at the store were more than helpful to assist me and re-shipped me the speakers which I have now received without hiccup. I shall definitely be recommending this shop to all of my musical friends!

Clearly one of the best music stores in the country. Excellent service, always great prices, perfect customer service. One day delivery for gear in stock. I renewed all my equipment along this year (keyboard, carry bag and PA) and all the purchases were flawless. Also, they have the best credit solution in the market which is very useful for big shopping, specially if you can repay in less than a year as you can get 0% interest. Now I'm definitely the live gig musician in town, with the best sound and gear. Top, top top! Highly recommended.

Cannot stress this enough. The service you receive in this store is absolutely second to none. Both times I've visited here I've been served by an absolutely stellar gentlemen who goes by the name of Richard. His knowledge of absolutely everything in store is on point and even with things the store doesn't even stock/sell. No forced sales and he doesn't pressure you into anything. Quite a few times I've asked about problems with my systems at home and he didn't even think twice about advising or even looking up the problems if he didn't know for sure himself! Grand guy, absolute pleasure to shop with and even have a good chat about the geeky side of gear and music itself! The variety of products and the calm ambience within the store makes this place THE place to go for your audio needs! I will be coming back here over, and over, and over, and over again! Fantastic service! Been on two occasions recently and had fantastic advice from both Lee and Chris. I purchased a Yamaha CP73 stage piano from Music Matter - I chose them because of their excellent customer reviews - the price was the same as elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the piano (that wasn't their fault, obviously), so I decided to return it. That was the first time I've ever taken advantage of the 30-day cooling off period when buying a new instrument. They were very understanding, and super helpful when it came to organising the return - especially Alex, who was the person I mostly dealt with. I can see why they get such great customer reviews!

Made an enquiry for the DDJ 220 by phone call initially. Gentleman was very courteous, down to earth and knew his stuff. I returned a week later and purchased online. I called to make sure they cod get the order out that day but unfortunately I missed to cut off time. The person who I spoke to then made me aware of a speaker and DDJ 200 package, so I purchased that package and I was refunded the original purchase I made. I was also made aware of Pioneer Headphones and recommended to go for those. So I went ahead and I can categorically say that the decision for those headphones are spot on. Overall a fantastic experience and as a result I went back a month later to make further purchases. I will always go to Music Matter as my first port of call, even if they are not the cheapest. The service is second to none. I highly recommend that you use this company for your music needs. I'll be back in a few weeks time for more hardware for my SL1210s MK2.
